@@EverydayBBQ Glad you did buddy. Also so happy to see you cooking on a ww36 pro now since I just got one myself and been experimenting on it. Keep up the great work I will definitely be following along.

Video looks great with the 4k. Burger looks good also. Chicken wings are quick go to during the week.
I really need to do a Wings video! Thanks for watching, Gary!
Damn that burger looks amazing!
My weeknight meal tonight is Ribeyes! I season and throw on the pellet grill at 180 until they reach around 105-110 which usually takes 45 mins to an hour. Fire up the Blackstone screaming hot and throw down some bacon grease and sear those bad boys for 2 minutes a side. Best damn steaks ever! I would love to see you do a creation of that!
I may do that! Thanks for the suggestion and support!
Video quality looks great!
That burger looked pretty great, too.
But your wife and I need ours cooked to well-done…🔥😋🍔
Lol yes indeed, I would have to leave a couple on longer for you both 😂. Thank you for watching 🙏🙏
You’re killing it with 4K. Really really nice job! Congrats on the new cameras and of course another incredible recipe. Can’t wait to try it. Keep up the good work Mike!! Stan
Thank you very much for the feedback and support!
As usual, Mike, you leave me feeling very hungry...Love that finished color in the meat (4k made it even better). Lighting was perfect, I like the fact that your setup does not have any shadowing. Nice job. Merry Christmas, Mike and family...
Thank you, Bill! Merry Christmas to you and your family as well!
Beautiful medium-rare burger👍 video quality is great! 😊
Thank you so much, Bobbi!
Absolutely delicious looking burgers Mike. The new cameras did an outstanding job. The video is very clear, color and sound is spot on. Congrats on your new equipment. Take care!

Man-O-Man , that's a mighty fine looking burger Mike. The video was very professional looking 👌
Thank you, Joe!
Love the 4k. Makes me even hungrier.
Want more videos on the Woodwind Pro.
Ribs next please!!!
Ok I’ll add it to the list! Ribs are SO simple! Thank you for watching!
Clarity was awesome; great sound. Burger looked phenomenal my friend. Great job and cook. My favorite meal throughout the week. Really any meal with my wife’s homemade buttermilk biscuits.
Those sound good! Thank you for the feedback!
Happy Holidays Mike! That burger looked outstanding! I’m a huge fan of Porter Road for most all my meats. Their beef Dino ribs are incredible and so is their bacon if you haven’t tried them yet. Video quality was absolutely amazing as well! Congratulations!
Thank you so much, KD!
Nice looking burgers Mike! New camera's look great.
Thank you very much! They weren’t cheap lol. Glad they are working out. Lots of testing and tweaks just to get to this point.

U said “it’s very cold outside.” Reminded me of that video u did in sub-0 temps. That was legendary. Nice cook and always enjoy your videos.
Thank you, CM! Yea I remember that one. -65 below windchill.
Great video!! We do a pizza night most every week. Everything looked good Mike
Thank you for watching!
That burger looks amazing. And the video did to..
Thank you very much, Tammy!
@@EverydayBBQ Your so welcome..
Good looking burger Mike. Nice easy weeknight cook. Since you asked, I like doing chicken legs or quarters during the week on the SnS. Nice, cheap, simple and tasty way to feed the family. Thanks!
Thank you so much for sharing and watching, Troy!
Can’t beat a Red Burger. Did not know about pulling the meat apart while forming the patty. Thank you for the video and the tip!
Thank you for watching, Andy! I learned that trick from my friend Greg @ballisticbbq. It works like a charm!
Daaaaaang those look sweet. Wish you could've shown this BEFORE dinner lol! Our favorite weeknight vid is a simple dish my wife makes that I LOVE she just calls her "sausage pasta."
Vid was awesome as always, Mike!
Thank you watching, providing feedback and for sharing the dish! I’ll consider it for a re-creation!
I should not have watched this while I was hungry...
Lol 😂
Great looking burger Mike, love the camp chef. We will usually do some pulled chicken tacos on a Wednesday or Thursday night my we love our tacos in this house. Cheers!
Tacos are popular here too lol! Thank you for watching, brother!
Very cool! I should be getting my first 4K camera today (aside from my iPhone 13).
Video looks great.
Thank you very much, Brother!
Great cook Mike and good job on the 4K
never knew you were that handsome... lol
Lol quite the opposite lol 😂. Thank you for watching!
Awesome Burger! Porter Road Beef is killer!! You should do another video and use some of their Beef bacon!
I need to get some more!
Man that looked good. Even without the 4k you just know that's a juicy, tasty burger. Ima try that sauce too.
That said, with the 4k I had to chuckle. I watched little grains of SPG bounce on those beautiful dry aged burgers as you prefectly seasoned them... it was a delicious dance. Magical art of the best kind. And when you cut it open and that pink, juicy interior was exposed, I started drooling and it's the middle of my night. I should be in bed asleep right now, lol. So your new camera stuff is A+. Your videos always look good to me though. I wish we was neighbors, lol.
Lol I hear that neighbor thing a lot 😆. Thank you for your feedback and of course thank you for watching, SC!
You're lookin' even better in 4K Mike! - Is that possible? 😀😁
Audio was full and excellent highlighting your baritone voice throughout - even outside.
Lighting was generally rich and warm - minor reflection from cupboard doors behind you, but hard to avoid.
It looks cold enough there - the Camp Chef Woodwind Pro was able to keep in the heat OK? (Waiting for one to be available up here in Canada).
And... ...yes... - The burger looks amazing! - Thanks! - Cheers!
Thank you for all the thoughtful feedback, Garry! My goal for the next video is to lighten the scene a bit on the head camera and slightly lower exposure of the other two food cameras. My reflections are probably here to stay as I’ve tried almost everything so far and can’t seem to eliminate them and still maintain good lighting in the key areas. The Audio I’ve worked on for a while and am finally happy with it. Jabin from Postal BBQ helped me a lot with that. Hope Camp Chef gets these Pros to Canada soon for you!
I tried the 4K. Too much buffering on my computer, so I just stayed at 1440k with no problems. Very good video though. Looked more crisp.
Now what I had tonight (Friday PM) was a piece of steak with some potato salad with the egg and bacon as a side and a side of red onion and some red capsicum that was fried . Was very nice. I will have the same tomorrow, but instead of Rump, I will have some Rib Eye. We have a little transport problem in Perth at the moment, and that was the only meat that I could get. I will try for the Rib Eye at the shop tomorrow.
It was very nice and I think that the potato salad with egg and bacon with the potatoes being new potatoes make it really nice. Not too much mayo in it.
I personally do not like meat med/rare, as I like to cook it medium well, just to take the redness out of the meat but it is still nice and juicy, but that is the way I like it. Nice video Mike.
Thanks for watching, commenting and sharing, Paul! Hope the transport issues are resolved soon.
My favourite weeknight meal is cottage pie with a 3 cheese bland on top normally motz cheddar and parmesan on the top it's so tasty Mike
Thank you for watching and sharing, Richard! I will have to look that cottage pie up!
@@EverydayBBQ I also add about a quarter of the cheese blend to the mash potatoes with some herbs it's totally game changing
@@EverydayBBQ it's my dad's recipe Mike I'll send you recipe over on Instagram Mike
Your burger recipe looks fantastic and I can’t wait to try it! I’m curious, on your Woodwind Pro, what smoke setting did you use? I just purchased this smoker, after having an early Traeger for several years. The variable smoke feature is new to me and I’m trying to get an idea of how to set it for the best result.
All depends on who I’m cooking for but typically I use 7.
Burger looks great! Video looks great!
What I really liked is your audio. What are you using for your audio? I feel like my audio is ok but could be better.
Thanks in advance!
Using the Rode Wireless Go 2 but I’ve tweaked my audio in Final Cut Pro for many months. I’ve finally got it where I like it. It’s all trial and error. Thanks for watching!
How was the charcoal/smoke taste from the camp chef?
The Video looks awesome.. love the juices coming out of the burger..
The charcoal is noticeable, but not as much on shorter cooks like this. It really hits the taste buds on longer cooks though. It gives just enough to elevate the cook and make it worthwhile. I did a full review in this cooker about a month ago. You can look at my video homepage and find up.
Did you cover the grease pan with foil?
Sometimes
What brand of pickles did u use
Any pickle will do, I believe these were Grillo’s
Does the beef arrive frozen or fresh? Trying to find someone who sells fresh beef online. Niman ranch used to do online and ship fresh but they no longer do online sales:-( Video looked great as always by the way!
I believe all or most of it is frozen, but I can personally tell you that it is seriously good and fresh tasting. I highly recommend it. There is little monetary gain for me, so you can believe it lol.
