Thanks again for the DDK love. As the resident DDK for life I'm grateful for the easy to follow narrative and the welcoming nature you present it in. I was particularly impressed when you were explaining the separation of groups and how strong shape makes this much easier.
Dwyrin, could you do a special video showing how to use/register for some of popular Go clients like Foxy? Just like go over what to click on their websites and what all the important buttons in the client are. Love the mug. Merch slogan idea: "bad news bears", just one of your phrases I've picked up.
I like all of your videos because I enjoy all of them. Your reviews in particular are super enlightening. :) As I've stated before, my one wish would be to supplement (if not replace) Murder Mondays with Batts Brings His A-Game.
53:25 and forward. it was good you have seen it your self cause i am between 20 and 15 kyu and this was in the real Game like you arguing against yourself. It kind of irritates me you saying that is so easy and ending with wow that was complicated... I know you just trying to show us basic things and it happens that you trick yourself. But it would be really more helpful when you can keep it simple then instead of proof how deep you can dig into shit before saving it ^^ you know? Like your Vids but maybe you could do a way better? No offense but a bit of criticism.
Yeah i hate it when i miss a simple variation, too. Even vs 6dans there are often easier variations i might miss and it drives me nuts there too. Part of it is time. See how fast that second game was played? Trouble there is with game 2 i cant go an hour long lest i risk an hour 30 or 2 hour long video. General hope is i can get it right most of the time during the game and show the easier moves i might miss afterwards.
Well actually you don't need understand and follow his moves. We DDK just need general idea. What to be wary about, and about common mistakes. We don't need this hard variations. Just barely follow is more than enough. Soon you will be follow even more. I started follow this channel from 15k. And now I'm 7k. And now I can finnaly truly follow DDK videos. Just a liitle patient, my go friend
@@snowy8465 you absolutly right! thx for that answer. But sometimes it is just interesting to learn a simple variation or just to see why he thinks that dies or that lives but it is sometimes just sad that then it ends in a complicated thing and you just didn't got the answer to it.. but it is so a minimum critic i like the videos so much!
@ 20:54 "Now he CAN... *plays stone* Now he CAN'T." Such clarity in your teaching Dwyrin :D
lol he played before i finished pointing out why he couldnt atari himself :P so rude~

+1 for old-school Poltergeist reference.
I really want t-shirt that says "Just pokin' shape" :-D
Second game had me laughing cuz I was wondering how you planned to deal with the very not basic aji
13:37 Ruff jokes
wish there was a way to add captions - often listen to these in the morning and I don't want to wake up anyone... no headset!
Hit the CC button at the bottom of the player. It should auto generate subtitles. Normally they're pretty good as long as im not talking to ofast.
@@dwyrin Clearly is was so obvious and glaring that I couldn't see it... *pannedface*
13:30 how dare you
