Is 20×30 ft room good for home theatre set-up? If any other size is better please inform us, i think you should do a video on size of room required.

There are different types of lumens, Well known and developed brands mention brightness in ANSI Lumens, The other brands like the chinese ones use normal lumens, which have have a higher number but have lower brightness than the number mentioned (If we see according to the ANSI Lumens scale)
First you have to see that if it is "Lumens" or "ANSI Lumens"
