I recently transferred to another college away from home & have been constantly getting anxious so here I am. Thank you for the message. After constant bailing out on doing new things, I have set this rule for myself.

A lovely spirit with a lovely message. This presentation got me off the couch (after a recent termination of job, that, on some level, did not feel right). Today, I take another first step. Part of me is scared; another part of me feels liberated.
Purpose, married with its nobility, clarity, and dedication, may not always have a clear path to traverse. It is, however, an unstoppable force.
Thank you, TED Talks and Lu Ann Cahn...for teaching and making aware to us that the most important investigative reporting is the exhibition of one's own unique story.

I think when we're happing and enjoying our time, time passes quickly. Only when we're sad or stuck in a rut time slows down.

Awesome video, You can choose to stay home and not meet new people, or you can choose to go out and make valuable connections that will help you reach your goals. You can choose to never learn a new language, or you can choose to learn it and find a wealth of new business opportunities, such as fun jobs overseas or well-paying jobs in translation. From this book I read 3 months ago

    "Do the New"
"As you do the "new" more often and you take more risks big and small you start getting a different perspective of fear".
"We shouldn't cheat ourselves of what life can be- an adventure. We find out who we really are and the possibilities are endless"

Don't be overwhelmed by her big, long list of extreme behavior.
But the idea is still good. Do little things. Try something small every day. You don't need to risk your life or health.
Smile at someone. Open a door. Volunteer. Call a friend to make up over a quarrel.
Do meaningful things that matter to you.
Maybe she is a daredevil. It is fine for her. Do what is comfortable for you!

because its so easy when you are stuck in society and the town you live in, Id leave, but I can't yet would give my mum a heart attack. Ive done everything that is to do in my town, what do I do about this? I haven't got drivers licence yet because Ive tried getting it, but I decided Id rather wait for automatic running cars .. I even sent a msg to the goverment and asked if they could build a surf hall, but as time goes buy no answer and Im losing interest in it slowly ..

"what do I do about this?"
Stop complaining and get the full responsibility of your own life. It's yours. You have to live it. Not your small town. not your mother. Not the government. and not the not-automatic-running cars.

i think she found her inner self by doing things. the act of doing things wasn’t about the thing, but the fact that she could do it. she had to find it in her self to do these things.
