It's like you got from the beautiful starlight zone which is quite possible the best music of the game and then you come to this board and you thinking s*** is easy hell no you'll lose 100 rings in a snap so you got to watch yourself when you're on this board nothing's family friendly here you got saws trying to kill you f****** teddy bears trying to kill you that's crazy 😎🤔😂

This zone is hard af. Never made it past act 2 it’s full of traps everywhere. Even a bigger nightmare than that labyrinth zone.
Funny cause act 3 literally is labyrinth zone.

Finale zone: a great boss fight
The best advice in this game is get all the continues you can your gonna need them.

@Chainmastress34 yeah to me it doesn’t feel right I had 200k points and I died on labyrinth zone it asked me if I want to continue but it reset my score and I felt cheated

The transition from Scrap Brain to Final Zone is similar to Egg Rocket into Cosmic Angel in Sonic Advance.
For a game marketed for the speed the level design slowed Sonic down purposefully alot -.-

5:09 Scrap brain zone act 3 is the final zone.
You should be more worried about keeping Sonic alive in Act 3 of Scrap Brain Zone and the Final Zone. OK, so Sonic doesn't have any rings to collect in Final Zone. Not nearly as worrying as keeping him out of the way of cylinders designed to squash anything that moves the wrong way, or trying to dodge energy bolts that he has to do at the same time. If Sonic gets GAME OVER, losing his last life, he has to start from the beginning again. Unless you managed to bag him a CONTINUE or two in the Special Stages, that is. Also, if you fail to retrieve all six Chaos Emeralds, as seen at the end here, Robotnik will say "TRY AGAIN". If you complete the game with the emeralds, the true happy ending shines through, with an angry Robotnik jumping on the word END in an attempt to squash it under his feet. Simple as.
I finished the game and it said "TRY AGAIN" so that means I got the bad ending

I'm crying tears of joy right now... Instead of xbox, nintendo switch, and PS5.. We had SNES and Sega genesis wirh mario and sonic headlining both of them. I miss my generation. Rip SEGA!

La ansiedad que tuve la vez que llegue a este punto era increíble, yo tenía uno de esos "génesis 3" que eran megadrives piratas y mi cartucho tenía un hack raro con 100 vidas de Sonic pero teniendo la coordinación de un nene de 10 años fue difícil , había sufrido tantas veces en quedarme estancado en Marble zone que un día tuve un ataque de habilidad y lo pude terminar

This wasn't just the biggest payback... it was the biggest Justice against Dr Robotnik every time

Haha you got try again ending from Dr Robotnik he juggles the chaos emeralds for eternity if you would have gotten them then he would have had to juggle fake ones and he would have been pouncing on the floor like a little whiny baby

Ok ok scrap brain zone act 3 is labyrinth
labyrinth zone is more harder
but the act 3....
There is something about Scrap Brain Zone, which I don't understand. Acts 1 & 2 are fairly easy to play through. But Act 3, a level exactly the same as the Labyrinth Zone, is much harder to get through. Why is the last Bubbler so slow to release an Air Bubble, poor Sonic, gasping for air, nearly drowns trying to get one? Surely, those two swinging spikeballs could have been cut out. That last little climb upwards could have been much quicker. I've managed to get through the zone, despite all that.
That basically was the Labyrinth Zone revisited. Doctor Robotnik sends you back there when he drops the floor out from underneath you.

Pretty sure the bubblers have a different setting that's only called for in Scrap Brain Act 3, just to make them release bubbles more slowly.

This stage has probably my fav music. However I really hated these stages. It’s like Sonics whole thing is “gotta go fast”. The style of stages went against that whole concept. I think team sonic more or less realized that in the new HD games.

This was the easiest final boss ever! But after this one it became harder to defeat Dr. Robotnik
And I see you didn't get the Chaos Emeralds. The ending would've been different.
+Santwone S. i know collecting chaos emeralds at sonic 1 at 2 is difficult i think sonic 3 is easy because tails is drunk and it will go quicker and quiker and dizzy sonic 2 is the best but final boss is hard your gonna fight them with NO RINGS

In the NES version robotnik stays at the ending Always, but if you got all chaos emeralds he looks sad. In the bad ending of the NES he juggles the chaos emeralds, but instead of Try Again He Says, THE END, but you didn't stop me! In the good ending he says THE END, I will be back
