Hi Chris. A Happy and prosperous New Year to you and the family! Excellent video as usual. I could not agree with you more on the advantages of the Titan PL3500! As a striper for 44 years, I have owned and operated just about every manufacturers' model out there starting with a small Unimasco machine. The PL3500S is the last model I shall own before full retirement. I bought the machine from a public auction where the last renter never flushed out the machine before returning it! . The delivery truck got into an accident on its way to me and the handlebar on the left side was damaged along with a broken swivel wheel release handle! It looked like a pretzel? I had no trouble ordering the replacement parts needed. Straightening the handlebar was a challenge, but got it done looking like factory again. I knew nothing about a diaphragm type pump but dismantled the entire pump head and fluid section. I finally got to try it out before Winter and was very happy with the end results! The lines were slightly less than 4 inches but that was due to the fact that the night temperature was about the mid forties. Even though the paint was thicker, the 3500S had no difficulty in spraying at 2000PSI. while using a 3400 from a competitor, I had to change out the transducer, the pressure control board and repacking of the pump. None of the troubles with other machines were seen with this Titan because it eliminates several of the most vulnerable parts. As you said, every machine is subject to a malfunction at any time, but as long as you maintain your equipment and flush it out after each use, it is ready for work the next time you need it? By the way Chris, just to add a fact that the 3500S does have 2 guns but only one may be used at a time, not both. Either the stencil gun or road gun. Very good job depicting the pros and cons of a machine. Be safe and be well!

Yo!!!! I appreciate the comment. And I hope you and your family have a great year. And also I’m so thankful that you would watch the channel. Maybe one day before you retire we can do a collaboration project. It would be an honour. Much love,
      Chris

Just wanted to point out some things.
There are 3 parts you can service in the field the two you mention and the Prime/spray assembly.
Also in addition to the pump having a lifetime warranty SO does the Dampener I know because they replaced mine even the shipping was free
    Customer service is great.
Parts can be ordered online they ship fast and are easy to see on the schematics they provide in the manual or online.
There are no electronic parts to go bad.
While the machine is expensive and the parts are as well, it is still a lower cost than it's competitive.
Keep the main filter and the gun filter clean and your good to go...

I just read the specs from their website

@@TheStripingGuy the pump prime assembly is not listed only the in and out valves but it is field serviceable.
The dampener I happen to catch in the manual.
The guy said it wasn't I said the manual says it is. He said I'll check and get back to you
Calls me back 14 minutes later and say your right... He said they never had one go bad so he didn't realize it was covered because he never had to ship one out until me...
      I'm a special child
