It's actually most likely that the name gas station simulator copyright infringed on the name gas station simulator (there is another game called gas station simulator btw) Edit: this is actually more likely now because the gss testing is gone and the legacy is still up though however it has been renamed without mentioning gss at all.
Since the video aired, the legacy version of the game has had its name changed to Zach's Service Station. I believe another game on PC also called Gas Station Simulator is the reason for this.
