Kohima: The NDPP, having secured the majority of seats in Kohima district in the recently concluded Urban Local Bodies (ULB) election, has received proposals from winning NPP and Independent candidates to join and merge with the party.
However, NDPP Kohima region president #Prasielie Pienyü stated that the party is in no hurry to accept these requests.
He was addressing a gathering during a thanksgiving programme of NDPP councillor Zeneivonio Nakhro from Ward-4, at the Nagabazar Panchayat Hall in Kohima.
