- In this video we have a blocked kitchen gully at a customers house that turns into a very greasy blocked manhole jetting job and we have an urgent flooding sewage manhole in a park that also needed our jetter to get it flowing.

I think it was wet wipes or some kind of rag it was a bit hard to tell tbh

yes it seems to be an ongoing thing I have explained it to them but you know people don't listen, I think they found it when they cut the grass

On that 1st house in surprised the entire top of the septic tank wasn't one big fat glacier.

Install a Grease trap in the yard? Have it cleared out once a year?
I think they could do with one , or they should just stop putting grease down

I think it probably was before i started youtube the manhole use to be buried until found it, fair enough, no all jobs are for everyone to see just early access for videos upcoming and a few odd bits on what im up to i wouldn’t keep the blockages from you don’t worry
Wow! The client must be pouring oil and grease down the drain by the gallon 😮 I’d had to think what their Arteries are like
Every Liter of Oil and grease in the drain is at least not in the body. But pouring grease and Oil down the drain seems to be a common misuse, with that amount of grease there should have been a grease trap installed.
its definitely not good to put it down the drain but Its better than in your body I guess

Why didn't you catch the grease blobs with a screen???
They will end up and break down in the tank also tank is due empty soon, also would your really want to carry round old grease and sewage in the back of the van for a week or more until you get a chance to go to the yard?
Do ya ever collect the solidified grease chunks to give to the client, Aussies do?

They will break down in the tank also tank is due empty soon, also would your really want to carry round old grease and sewage in the back of the van for a week or more until you get a chance to go to the yard?

It does, as long as you’re feeding it proper enzymes, at proper intervals
It should if there isn't too much, and the solids are removed from the tank regularly, and other stuff, like tons of bleach aren't used, so the tank has a chance to digest stuff properly and slowly.
as long as the tank is maintained and its not massive amounts of grease then a tank can cope with it but to much won't do the soak away any favours in the long run
Put your grease in a metal can, and dispose of it in the bin. Smarten up people!
but it keeps me in a job so I can't complain to much

People putting so much fat down the drain should get an extra bill from the council to deal with fatburgs! BUT as it’s going to a tank, then ah well!😒
At least its only there own drains that will have problems and it keeps us busy

The grease will only go into the tank and brake down in there with the sewage, the tank gets regular empties and was due in a month or two so isn't going to cause any issues and will get removed by tanker

Why did you not dispose of the fat bergs instead of sending them into the septic? Wouldn’t cleaning have been better with the Jetta for the grease. I be afraid of rats
