Just for added insight, Dragonsong is my favorite item in LE. I ultimately ramped up a Dragonsong Marksman build to beyond 1000+ corruption, so I understand this specialized build very well. Unfortunately Falconer's crits don't count towards the Dragonsong proc, so that's an anti-synergy there. As mentioned in some of the other comments, Cinderstrike with Oil Coating and Burning Daggers is CRAZY strong in conjunction with Dragonsong procs. As Kripp mentioned, Mourningfrost is borderline mandatory for any Dragonsong build. One thing that I'd mention is Immolation Oblation can offer an additional +40 spell damage to Dragonsong, which is significant. Highly recommend trying out a Dragonsong build variation of some type!
>Dragonsong is my favorite item in LE Same. It's *incredibly* versatile. It is an unbelievably fun weapon, and the only real shame is the survivability of the class as a whole. @snoobae--I'd *love* to see your build and some insight on how you got to 1000C using it! A tip of my hat to a fellow Dragonsong enjoyer :D
Another great build guide. For me appeal for these types of games is playing them a little broken; you nailed it with Void Knight and sold me on giving this one a try. Thanks
I've played this build and it is indeed totally broken. I went fire only, not taking the explosive trap lightning and cold nodes, instead focusing fire damage increase only. Hard to get but not impossible. The entire screen just dies mashing buttons. It's glorious.
I like it too. Cinderstrike melee with the trap trigger on melee hit was my first build. unfortunately with the Dragonsong we are using a range weapon. oh, maybe its not a problem if we attack closer to the target
Very cool build! I think id still look into marksmen with dragon song instead personally! I recently switched to smokebomb from a different build video and its absolutely disgusting! Apart from having to solve your mana problem from min maxing, you should take a look at smoke bomb node that gives base crit chance while in smokebomb. More beneficial than the extra points in smoke blades 😁 Great informative vid!
I tried Smokebomb as a traversal skill, but I had it also alongside Shift. This poses a bit of a problem as traversal skills appear to share cooldowns, I could not Shift directly after a Smokebomb. Shift is prefered (at least for myself) because it generated mana and more importantly in the build I was using proc'd Shurikens with Blade Shield for the extra armour. Now this doesn't all apply to your loadout, and I do agree, Smokebomb as a traversal to me seems really good considering it then becomes something like a 3.5 second baseline cooldown.
There is another version of this build that uses balistas and the i think potion belt unique and acid flask unique but requires the T7 less mana cost affixes like Krip says
this build is good with the acid flask armor build. I don't throw the flask manually, but the bird does. one good point with the unique is we get +2 on throwing skills. and if we follow Kripp's build, the smoke screen will become a throwing skill too
@@ZeOnexify Yup, compared to Cold conversion builds even the best Fire dmg builds don't even come close to scaling the same. I can top out at like 15k Fire dmg stacking *everything* toward fire. I can *yawn* out a Mourningfrost build with 35k DSong spell damage.
I had been trying to tell every rouge that doesnt use it that smoke bomb into a movement skill is insane. The best part imo about it is getting a 4s cooldown on a silver shroud guaranteeing a dodge every 4s
Kripp, have you tried adding Elecoe's Abandon Body Armor paired with Jungle Queen's Chaps of Holding Belt? consumes a potion to add additional more potent acid flask, plus more dexerity, plus aditional resitances and since that belt can hold 16 health potions. Please tell me if it's doable.
I started playing this and I actually notice the body armor is On Use direct Acid flask, but on the other hand, the body armor give greats stats like 2 to throwing skills and other things, and the unique belt with a Experimental Mana on Potion Use instead of mana regen would solve the mana issue cause it awards 20 to 40 mana per potion and you have 18 health potions xD

I've been trying it out on my (underleveled) falconer recently. The damage from the tornado isn't great, although the other stats are good. The biggest problem is that the tornado proc drains mana like crazy.
The issue i have with most falconers build is that once you've invested a few points into falconry, especially the nodes that share your stats with the falcon, it just becomes another falconer build and cannot not work because bird op

Reasonably good fit, yes. The problem is that the 'throw flask, use potion for another at 150%' skill needs a direct use, not one triggered from the Trap Sprinkler skill. Is there a beastmaster build with only his minions? (Not the squirrels and crows) been looking but its only for a single summon at most like the squirrels and crows.
There are builds that do a lot more damage than this. I recommend testing at higher corruption or checking other builds if you are targeting to share builds with players that would like to push deeper into the game (i.e high corruption). If not I think this build is fine for players that are aiming to do the lower end of corruption

@@slowlearner46 No, but when it's so similar with Rogue class and Traps casts other skill, but this time it's not Detonatig arrow but Acid flask, than play style is almost identical, then it makes no sense to play a weaker build. In the build I mentioned, mana problems are even taken care of with a couple of unique daggers.
@@raventk1987 what fun you mean? As I wrote it's almost identical play style only with lower numbers and worst mana management. Or you want play broken base class Rogue and tell about yourself that you are not meta slave cause you choose to play slightly weaker verision of meta build. 🙃😅
You say that as if it's factual. How exactly are you defining weaker? It has more mobility, it has more utility, not sure about the damage but you need to factor in the falcon damage, shadows and throwing speed. it's 4-6 shadows throwing 30% faster than the other build. Not sure Detonating has 6x the damage as this one does to compensate for that. It's way easier to stack lightning damage though, that's for sure. But if you're talking end game with 0 mana cost idk, as there is so many minute difference in the setup, like including cleansing ailments. Flasks also apply slow and armor break, which is another defensive layer and a more multiplier for damage which detonating arrow doesn't have (easy) access to. The only thing it doesn't do is ward, but it has several more defensive layers instead. It's also funny how that build is a Marksman build with 0 points in the Marksman tree. This build is waaaay easier to build as it has super easy gear requirements aside for the mana reduction rings compared to yours. Good luck building that one in SSF. Hell, even for party play this build is probably better as it full shreds, and doesn't simply stack lightning damage. So yeah sure, it might do more damage, maybe? But that doesn't really mean it's a 'stronger' build however...
Falconer is going get fucked and made mediocre and boring like Marksman bow builds are now because all these streamers are calling it op. Melting bosses at 200 corruption isn’t anything special man. It’s a cool build and definitely glad you had fun doing your own thing but it’s nothing crazy and is harmful just throwing out words like OP for everything.

I recommend testing at higher corruption or checking other builds if you are targeting to share builds with players that would like to push deeper into the game (i.e high corruption). If not I think this build is fine for players that are aiming to do the lower end of corruption
What is "shred cap'? You mention you 'capping' out on them, but I thought they didn't really cap/fall off very much.
They have a stack cap of 10.
Resist shred debuffs cap out at 10, and have a base duration of 4 seconds.
bro I thought I was tweaking hearing the random background shrieks at the start of the video....
Does this still works for 1.1?
Can you please update the guide with BIS gear with max LPs? Also, I do not feel like this build is stronger thant he Detonating arrow_Explosive trap one......
its a bug one thats why detarrow is strong
mourningfrost makes you mega squishy with -900 or whatever physical resist.
actually, if you look at the planner. he still got a good 50-60% physical and cold resist
The whole point is getting back to phy cap with mourning frost. If you're running mourning frost and not getting back to cap with phys resist, you're doing it wrong.
@@xPureAndTheTaintedxhe's talking about going up to 200 dex in the vid. you really finding 275 phys resist somewhere?
Lolol 😂 this build insane
Funny how every build is "broken". Every build is strong! and fun! Besides there are plenty of other builds that are even better than this one, but it looks fun!
Yes this build does not do the most damage by far. It's click sit. Interesting build but nowhere near best. Kripp plays low corruption also
@@mustangroushjon it's not by far... how did you get this build do most damage? Wraithlord is like 1000x damage of this. Or you check the dummy damage? dummy doesn't have DR.... test in maps and bosses numbers.
@divinityai what are u saying? I said this build is not the most damaging build out there. Explosive detonating dagger build does a lot more. I'm in corruption 1000 and still melt bosses wit 1-2 lp
Enjoy the video, everyone!
isnt going marksman better for dragonsong build?
think you can get higher dex with flaconer which is what increases the dmg of the spell using those boots, since you arent actually attacking with the bow specing into marksman is a waste
no build showcase?
what i see is the bad mana management, what lvl of corruption do you reach?
Nice😮
how do i let the shadows spawn ?
smoke screen nod, on the bottom left IIRC
YES!!!!!!!!!!!!
Can anyone who made this build and has a more updated build post it here?
the necro wraith lord build slaps pretty hard, would you say this is stronger than that too?
ofc it is look at Raxx
The wraithlord build is much stronger than this.
how to throw 4 traps? im trowing only 3 and my dodge isnt going up, what im doing wrong?
Im having the same issue. Only 3. Did something get changed in patch this week? I dont see anything listed.
shit game@@adamspohn6919
You have to take the node in the explosive trap specialization. It’s right above the node that reduces the damage and mana cost in the right
I dont get why the man kripp who i feel like makes great builds keep saying strongest most broken highest damage... not even close ive seen delete bosses in 6 sec at 2k coreuption plz be more real with ehat u say
The builds that do this have 3 to 4lp in each slot. There is a massive gear difference. The build showcased has very basic gear, that when upgraded will perform similarly to the best builds in this case
@Kripparrian not true at all I have 2 lp detonating arrow and hitting way harder and just as many hits
ok well he has ZERO LP, zero UNIQUEs, non-crit based, not max level, etc. he went over this at the start of the video .. did you pay attention?
@@mustangroushjon
@chipskylark5500 I was doing 200 lp with same gear stop defending bad build
Your builder is totally different from the one you are showing on video...
지금 이 빌드를 사용하고있습니다 보기에있는 플래너 그대로 아이템 맞추면 됩니까? 업데이트됬나요? 전 한국팬입니다
Do another video when you can do more than uh...200 corruption. 200 doesnt tell us anything. I got baited by your Beastmaster ( crows dont stay alive, in high corruption they just dont) is this regard not doing it again.
Same thing happened to me 😂 I made the crows then shifted to squirrels and pushed 260, now thinking of switching to earthquake
compare this to dogshit Shaman and you would understand why people are so fed up with the unbalanced state of the game of the masteries.
'damage is absolutely absurd' - 2700 crits at lvl 94 vs non-corrupted monolith. Cmon Kripparrian, really ? 🤣
he is playing ssf so his gear is absolute bollocks but yes, there are people clearing 2000 corruption in few hits, I doubt his builds would do as well, there is a huge gap between 300-500 corruption and even 1000
he is also hp stacking on idols which probably comes from PoE habit of grabbing hp nodes, but does not really work the same in LE
I see a crit for 24910 crit at 2:09 (when he is blasting at the bottom of the screen) and many more at 10k+ in the gameplay.
for me it looks like every other build that is not broken like dive bomb or dog like a forge guard. just avergae 200c farmer. has he ever seen 1k corruption?
@@jasongoldberger1still too low tbh, i can crit around 350-400k with explosive ballistas lol but to be fair my gear is much better so theres that
Lol the damage is nothing compared to other broken builds
Bro I really like your Videos. I would love to see how you play your builds over at least 500 corruption. You talk like it’s nothing to play on 1000 corruption, but you get so much cc if you play over 500, that you drop damage for survivabilty. This build will never go to 1000 corruption…
Bruh I hate streamers saying "this is the strongest build I've seen anyone post"... There are literally warlocks and falconer hitting for 😭200million! Krippbyou really need to do Ur research. Stop making claims
Right. Because if he's streaming, chances are, he's not critically online like you are to know this, genius. Give the man his props and move on.
@@djirukashi3992 huh? Did you just read what you typed out? You said he's a streamer and that he isn't critically online. Do you even know what streaming is? It's literally being online..
QQ
So you basically did weaker version of trap - detonationg arrow Marksman
I will never understand this point of view. If one build is the strongest, should everyone play that build and just completely ignore everything else in the game? Meta isn't everything ffs
Sometimes you play for fun, remember?
Ehg cooked a bit too much.
Imagine scaling cold damage on dragonsong instead of heorot's bow x)
paladin is whats broken
👍👍
Falconer is going get fucked and made mediocre and boring like Marksman bow builds are now because all these streamers are calling it op. Melting bosses at 200 corruption isn’t anything special man. It’s a cool build and definitely glad you had fun doing your own thing but it’s nothing crazy and is harmful just throwing out words like OP for everything.
Kripp is actually the best builder in LE ..
PLAY A REAL FALCONER BIRDMAN
Detonsting srrow is just a better trap build
my dmg is higher ;D
Umm. Not broken at all 😂. Kripp hasnt played much last epoch. Try out detonating arrow marksman with blast knives and you'll know what broken is
I'm a little sad to see this one come out, I've been playing this build for a while and it was a hidden gem. It is missing one item that really sets it off.
Like many streamers, you announce that this build is broken, but you are not going to mess with the rankings, the only way to know if the build is strong is the rankings, but the majority of streamers do not do that, and prefer make catchy titles. No comment. However, you are one of the biggest H&S players.
stop saying "the most broken build blablablah,, " on 200 corruption run :v
as usual...completely braindead broken builds ..but never a good melee one.
