To be fair dragons (usually) don‘t wear cloth. So in dragon society it would be completely acceptable to be naked and not something to be ashamed of.
Do you care if a spider on the wall sees you naked? Why would you care if something so far below you sees your body?
It's nice to have a non-evil dragon in a story from time to time. And is something that I feel should happen more, cense dragons are my favorite fantasy/mythological creature.
