am interested in how the raptor paint holds up as a waterproofer over time. keep us updated. this is a good build for me as i have a 5 x 8 utility trailer that is under used.
Was not that hard to do. I used aluminum c channel that fits the edge of 1/2 inch plywood. Used Screws and marine sealant to attach. All the supplies I used came from local lumber yard. Handles were bought on Amazon.

3 coats exterior house primer and 2 coats raptor liner spray on bed liner
I have a similar size build and used Durabak and did not really like the turn out..what size kit of raptor liner did u use?

Was the back hatch door hard to build ? What materials did you use ? Supplies to build door found at big box stores ?

Thank you! Yes LED lights in the back and also marker lights are LED.

No reverse lights going to put some LED spot lights for back up. No worries about the questions.
