    When you are done with all attempts n options, this Cambridge weight plan is there for you, it'll bring you down instantly, provided you at least 80% be stick to the plan, with lot of water consumption.
    I Lost about 22kg in three months! I never even dreamed about this result.

    Can we have a little bit of milk in tea ? Will that take me off plan ??

      You can have a small amount of milk on the plan, speak to your consultant and they will be able to advise you

    I know the answer will be speak to your consultant but how can we find a way to change mindset? Like coming off plan and not being able to get back on plan even though I want to! Help pretty please 🙏 xx

      Apart from speaking to your consultant, it really is about mindset. Start looking at why you want to do this, not the superficial reasons but what it would actually mean for your life.
      So for example if your goal is "I would like to be a size 12 in clothes", then ask yourself what does that mean for my life, you may answer "to be able to shop anywhere I choose", then ask yourself the same question and keep going until you get to those deep reasons that are super personal to you.
      Imagine what it would feel like to be at goal, how it would feel, what would you be doing, wearing, where would you go - it's much easier to run towards an exciting future you want that to run away from the negative feelings you have at the beginning of your journey.
      Then on a practical level, it's just sucking it up and just doing the diet. One meal at a time, use your consultant for accountability, check-in with them at the end of every day or even every meal if needed at first with pictures of what you've had etc. You just have to do it really, to want it more than the slice of cake or whatever it is. You will only be doing the diet for a short time so the sooner you get on with it and the more days follow it, the less time you will be doing it for.
      I hope that helps a little, but please do speak to your consultant as they know you personally and will be able to work with you to create a plan that will work for you. Remember it doesn't have to be the lowest step if that's too hard, you can lose weight on the higher steps too and the best step for you is the one you can stick to. - Heidi x
