Thank you. Everyone has light though. What you may have to go through to find or display it may be unpleasant enough that it's better to live a little dimmer but if you go through all those things, it might show you that at least you can privately be proud even if no one else is or even if your dad is or whatever.

Big Think, why have you automated your comment thread to censor victims of abuse, thus keeping us further isolated and silenced while pretending to care about people being isolated?

@@elucified You know, how these comment threads can be programmed and automated so that anyone speaking up in terms they don't approve are kept censored, do submit feedback to youtube asking what they get for doing this to people and explaining that there will be multi generational consequences to their and our family lines for oppressing people as such, what do you mean , what? wake the ufkc up, i'm not even allowed to speak of my own life on youtube because over 80 percent of people are willing to hurt others for pay and ii'm sikc of people like you being like, what?

"There is no fear in love, but perfect love drives out fear, because fear has to do with punishment. The one who fears punishment has not been perfected in love."
You had to leave the house and punishment to lessen your fear so you could love your father and see other parts about him. Now you seek other ways to teach, not punishment.
And from demonstrating that your father may have learned that using praise is a better way to teach. That is also a part of your life purpose fulfilled through forgiveness.
"If you had known what these words mean, 'I desire mercy, not sacrifice,' you would not have condemned the innocent."

Ah, Jay Pharoah's "antifragile" mindset, a term that probably has his PR team patting themselves on the back for finding something so fancy-sounding to describe what is essentially "not letting life's punches knock you out."
Yes, we all know Jay Pharoah for his spot-on impressions, but apparently, he's got this whole life thing figured out too. According to the narrative, he's not just an actor, comedian, and rapper-he's also a guru of triumphs, setbacks, and forgiveness. How inspiring!
Embracing triumphs, because why just silently appreciate your successes when you can embrace them? Picture Pharoah, arms wide open, hugging each victory like a long-lost friend. "Yes, I did another perfect Denzel Washington impression, come here, you!"
Overcoming setbacks, a necessary skill when you're known for being really good at imitating other people. Imagine the horror of waking up one day and realizing your "Barack Obama" voice just doesn't hit the same anymore. But fear not, Pharoah perseveres, bouncing back from each comedy club that didn't quite get his genius.
And forgiveness, oh sweet forgiveness. Because in Hollywood, you're either a forgiving saint or you're in therapy three times a week. Pharoah, the benevolent soul, probably forgives those who don't appreciate his talent, blesses the haters with a whisper of his Lil Wayne impression, and moves on.
Yes, it's this antifragile mindset that truly sets Jay Pharoah apart. While the rest of us mere mortals crumble at the thought of a bad review, Jay rises like a phoenix from the ashes of a canceled show, ready to deliver another killer Eddie Murphy routine.
So, here's to Jay Pharoah, the epitome of antifragility. May his impressions be forever spot-on, his setbacks be merely stepping stones, and his forgiveness as boundless as his talent (or at least as boundless as his agent's ability to book gigs). Cheers! 🥂
