I tried a couple other c2c tutorials and yours was the easiest to follow and understand. Your directions are easy to follow and your pacing is spot on. Thank you so much!
Thank you. I know this is an older video, but the way you explained C2C helped me. It finally clicked and I now have a nice C2C swatch. I'm so excited. I have wanted to learn this. I see a C2C blanket it in the future.
Omg you have no idea how may tutorials for c2c I’ve watched - each only confused me more than the last. Not this tutorial-not yours!! Omg I actually understand this now! I can actually see where I’m going and I now understand the concept of decreasing! I had knee replacement surgery almost 2 weeks ago and I was determined to get through the recovery learning this stitch pattern to help keep my mind off the pain! I have tears in my eyes right now! Some from pain, lol, but mostly because I’ve wanted to understand this c2c forever and actually be successful at it and now you have helped me achieve this! Thank you so much! You rock! I just thumbs up, and subscribed. I cannot wait to see what else I can learn from you!!! You are my angel!!! Thank you again and please keep your tutorials coming! Stay safe!!!
I, too, had knee replacement and wanted to lean this for a new afghan for my son. Tears off pain and of joy. Honestly, I can't believe how difficult some can make things. Thank you for simplicity
Thank you so much for this tutorial. I had watched two other videos and couldn’t get the hang of this pattern. Your teaching style made this so much easier to learn. Thank you!
Thank you, thank you! Excellent lesson on the c2c! I’m stuck, 1/2 way through my large c2c blanket, & now, maybe instead of frogging the whole thing, 🤷🏼♀️ I can start to finish it! I’ll look for your other videos, cuz I love your style!...stay safe!..🤟🏼🇨🇦
Interesting how you switch between yarning over & yarning under as you crochet. I didn't realize that they were interchangeable. Thank you for the insight!
I couldn’t understand the other videos. I don’t know if my brain was in pause or I got ahead of the video or not but mine looked like zenga puzzle not a square! I had corner to corner to corner and more! But! Now I found you and I get it and I made my first square!!!!! Thank you!!!!!!
hey meg...thanks to your easy peasy corner to corner demo i just completed my first very pretty lap robe...thank you so darn much ,sweetie!...elaine in florida
I find it easier after chain six, I count 3 sts up from the bottom instead of counting 4 down from the top .. just a habit I got into... I would have liked to follow one more row as I get a bit mixed up where to do the slip stitch to join ..i have undone it a few times but im determined to get it right...this video is very easy and I slow it down which is even better ..
When I was 13 my Big Sister asked me to pretend I was on a date - and at a fine dining restaurant - sitting across from one another - and my date looked down at my hands and saw my bitten down nails. -- and I never again gnawed my nails. A *huge* difference in how my hands look. BTW, I'm in my 80s and only get my nails done when I go for a pedicure - which used to be twice a year. BTW, crocheting has become a fun thing - this past month have made 20 preemie and newborn hats for donation. The Seafarer's Cap is also a great pattern - and a free pattern, too. TY for this c2c.
I was watching and you are very thorough in your explaining. However, I see that you are at first taking the yarn from "behind" the hook and then "yarning over" in front of the hook, for the double crochets. Is there a reason and does it matter which way you wrap the yarn around the hook? I hope you can understand what I'm asking....lol. Thanks!🧶

How many times do you need to turn your work?
I wish they would show how many rows for different size Afghan and then decrease.
Good tutorial she goes slowly.
Showed me! Mine ended in the middle and not at a vacant corner like yours; not sure why.

Why do you YO back to front sometime and front to back other times. I’m confused.🥴
Kara Beust I think that’s just how she crochets...I’ve never see it done like that but it gets the job done
@@giggalz So....it doesn't matter which way you go??
I do both. It doesn't change how it looks at all.
I love this video where can I find a printable version?
U can go to pinterest and search free c2c pattern. 😊
This is Great
What is meant in a pattern if it says UP and then Down?
