    I’m starting these tomorrow. I ran Tuesday (speed training) rest Wednesday. I have Hill training tonight. Looking forward to starting these Friday.

    When your shadowboxing do you recommend focusing on speed and full extension or mix it up with light punches and full force punches etc

      i recommend doing all of the above brother!!! don't limit yourself!!! if you find something you'd like to work on, double down on it. but i always try to make sure i have a good blend of all angles and ranges in my training
