I have a 2015 EL Limited, my daughter calls it "the white whale", so I affectionately named it Moby. I have to agree, it's been a great truck for our family. I appreciate that many of the little problems that have come up, I can UA-cam it and fix it myself. I bought it in 2020 with 70K miles, it now has 127K and has been a workhorse for our family.
These reviews are the best, we’re currently in the market for a 3rd row SUV to replace my 1500 for the family and this helps to come down to a pick. Thank you
Just bought a used 1 owner 2017 King Ranch EL with 131k. Runs and drives perfect, no issues, just a check engine light for a bank 2 catalytic converter. Other than that, best vehicle we have owned.
Thanks for this review mate, been cross shopping this expedition vs the toyota sequoia...and the sequoia is just so outdated but reliability is solid. Bur this makes the case the expedition can be a long term solution if maintained properly
No issues with the water pump? From searches on the internet it seems these blow all the time. That’s my only major concern with these. I’m looking at a 2017 XLT with 105k miles on her…body and interior in excellent shape. I’ll miss leather, heated steering wheel, and the good radio (it’s got that tiny screen one). Otherwise a great looking and driving truck.

I have a 2017 EL Limited. Just crossed 40k miles on Saturday. Hope to have many more years with it.

Yes still doing well and we are watching it's value as gets older might be trade off rig once over 200k before looses more value but yes doing great
