From my personal experience, this product is only for higher income earners.. My personal situation, I just wanted to borrow a small loan and pay the rest in cash to purchase a home. I was told I needed to make a minimum of US$200,000 per year for a $130,000 loan while being debt-free. The examples being used in this video are targeting individuals with very large portfolios! If that’s not you, I wouldn’t waste my time.
