Awesome reaction!! The way they animated this was actually with 'rotoscoping' !! Which really helped as Junji Ito's style is very, very complex in detail!! They wanted to be as faithful to Junji Ito's work as possible, and thankfully they succeeded! The production of Uzumaki actually increased a few years (it's first trailer dropped back in 2019!!) because of how long the animation was taking, but the results speak for themselves
watch the dub, somehow it makes the pace perfect and the creepy factor 10x better! I watched sub, its not bad but after watching some reactors using the dub I realized dub in this anime is better.

For a manga with only 20 chapters, Junji Ito made this masterpiece and it is easily one of the, if not his best works🙏🏾
