Now about the episode itself: In the manga, the author added in a taisho secret that Sayo actually never pointed out Gyomei as the killer, she was talking about the demon but since she couldn’t explain properly because of the shock and the corpse of the demon had disappeared, the adults that found the scene immediately thought that Gyomei was the culprit instead. It also said that Sayo has always regretted not being able to explain properly, and that even 10 years later (she is now 14) she still wishes she could apologize to Gyomei 😭 all around it’s just tragic. Tanjiro isn't the first one to complete the training as when Kanao was talking to Shinobu she said her training with the wind hashira was completed and she was moving on, she also wasn't seen there when Tanjiro entered the grounds, so she probably completed the training and left

The kid who led the demon to the temple is the same kid berating Zenitsu for wasting his "Gramps" time training him. So he definitely lived after all of that, they showed him from chin down in the episode where Zenitsu first used Thunder Clap and Flash Sixfold.

Serpent hashiras eye colors in Kanji are Mitsu for the yellow colored eye and the blue colored eye is Ri so is eyes are Mitsu-Ri and most of this episode was Anime only with sanemi part being in the manga and Shinobu and Tamayo don't get an episode the next time you see them are in the infinity castle arc

This season is gonna be a little bit boring at least for me, full with filler like last week episode and this too, it should have been a movie with how short this arc is, love watching your post discussions, the Upper moon fights in the next arc are just fire can't wait to see it animated

No spoilers here. Don't take the hashira's training too seriously though. Those three sparring is completely anime original. So muichiros feats here also an anime original 😆. There is a significance gap between muichiro and sanemi which you will understand in the next arc. They are not even.

I get the purpose of the "filler" scenes regarding Muichiro, like the paper plains or him sitting with Tanjirou before he goes out, but NGL they're just so bland or redundant... Light novel content involving him right there for the picking, which the Author of the manga had a hand in and they just don't even bother....
