The 383 Stroker is a really proven concept at this point. I've driven or ridden in many of them over the years and they seem to run really well. They make make a lot of torque for a small block. The nice thing is the your displacement is coming more from the stroke, so it isn't bored to the point where it would cause any issues.
I'm really glad that you liked the video. It truly is one of the nicest cars that I've seen in quite a while. The attention to detail was second to none. It's really a shame that you need to sell it, but it's going to make someone else very happy I'm sure. It really is obvious the amount of time, money, and care that went into it's construction.
Ramblin Around, Hi thank you for such a great video of this car, This is my Husbands car and we didn't want to sell it. I Cried when we took it to Fast Lane. It was his pride and Joy, It has won many shows and got a lot of Honers on the regional & National Show circuit. The Original appraisal on this car was $110,000 when built. It has been in many National magazines and he absolutely Babied this car. Thank you again for all your work on the Video.
It really is ultra clean. We didn't have it out for very long and we were real careful with it. It really is an amazing car. Thanks for taking a look George!
Yeah, a little more work than usual, but this car definitely warrants the special attention. This really is one of the nicest Nova's that I've seen. Thanks for taking a look my friend!
Ah! Ok. What's the horsepower rating, and how about the torque rating? Do you know? I would think that with an increase in stroke, the torque would be more than what it normally would.

Thanks for watching!
I like the 383 cid small block stroker as a concept. How do they perform in everyday driving?
Wow what a car. I bought a new Nova in 1970 but it wasnt anything like that , was a good car though put 84,000 trouble free miles on it.
Great video editing and superb motor!
Very well done. 10 in my book
Like I said in the video, I'm sure he has a lot more than that in it.
Wow! thats a pretty awesome Nova! I have a hugger orange 74' Nova :)
The 383 is a 350 bored .030 over, with a 400 crank in it. The 400 crank increases the stroke of the engine, which is why they call it a stroker.
She's a beauty!
I liked the mouse eye's view from underneath :D
this car is just beautiful thanks for video :)
I'm mind blown how you don't have thousands and thousands of few on every video
Nice ride!
Beautiful!

Thanks for watching, I appreciate it. Do me a favor and share the videos when you like them, maybe we'll get the views up a bit.
383's always a good choice... specially in something as bad ass as that thing. wow. perfect stance.
Nice looking car. Although I've never owned or driven a Nova, I've always liked these cars. Why do they call these "Strokers"? What's that about?
Pure perfection !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Did you use sons "slide cam" in some of these shots?
No, I'm afraid this was done before he built it. We have used it in all of our recent videos though. Thanks for watching, I appreciate it!
Is this same same type of car of the Film DeathProof?
