in this video I will show you how to install Windows 10 on Macbook Pro 2012 without using Bootcamp Assistant.
Steps to install Windows 10 on Macbook Pro 2012 without Bootcamp Assistant:
1. Download Windows 10 ISO

2. Download Windows Support

3. Create usb Windows 10
The USB drive must be formatted with exFAT format.
Double-click the Windows 10 ISO to mount the ISO.
Copy all files in Windows 10 ISO to USB Drive
Double-click the WindowsSupport.dmg to mount the file.
Copy all files in WindowsSupport to USB Drive
4. Resize disk to create free space for Windows 10.
type on terminal : sudo diskutil apfs resizeContainer /dev/disk0s2 400g
5. Install Windows 10
6. Fix Audio Output
to fix Audio Output Problem you have to install OpenCore Legacy Patcher to EFI Disk.
