A Walk Beside the Band is a Fanclub DVD produced in 2005, and this song was, as you rightly assume, from the London show with the Dark Side of the Moon set.
This was a very limited DVD with a production run of 5000 copies, lasting 2 hours with interviews and songs from 5 different cities in europe. I was the production director.
