Im stuck at 2:59. The holes dont line up for me to screw the guard rail to the support beam.
Is the support beam in the right direction? Maybe the holes don't match because it's upside down. Try to turn it, you can write me again if you find other difficulties. Hello good Sunday!

Se il modello è uguale a quello nel video, tagliando gli 8 cm partendo dal basso, non compromette la resistenza della struttura del letto. Casomai per chi salirà la scala arriva prima sopra, mentre per quanto riguarda l'eventuale aggiunta del terzo materassino che si compra a parte e che viene riposto sotto al letto il quale vien fuori quando serve ad ospitare una terza persona, quello spazio è compromesso dal taglio degli 8 cm eseguito sui 4 ferri portanti.
Se lo fai puoi tranquillamente utilizzare successivamente il letto in sicurezza dormendo e facendo bei sogni.

Grazie a te per la pronta risposta 😊. Io ti chiedevo di ridurre non l'altezza ma la lunghezza da 207 a 198/199. Forse non ti ho spiegato bene. Mi scuso.
Signor Massimo, l'accorciare orizzontalente non comprometterebbe la struttura. Il vero problema è che per realizzare il taglio andrebbe fatto dal lato dove non c'è la scala montata. Ma dovrebbe essere un taglio non dritto ma leggermente circolare poiché segue la forma dei 4 bastoni portanti che sono tubi rotondi. Quindi dovresti o chi per te essere in grado di tagliarlo seguendo quella forma. Oltre questi 2 tagli sotto e 2 sopra. Ci sarebbero da tagliare a misura le due reti. Inoltre dorebbe bucare per sostituire i 4 fori che una volta tagliato non ci sono più in quei punti e una volta forato inserire le 4 viti che sarebbero dovuti essere montate nei fori originali. Per le doghe non è un problema basta non montarne alcune.
Ho cercato di essere dettagliata ma se ci sono problemi e sono in grado di rispondere lo farò volentieri.

Hi can you measure the lenght for me? Ikea websites are confusing in hk it says 197cm but in ph its 207 thanks!

These are the measurements.
Base 207 cms.
Width 96cms.
Height 153cms.
You can use the mattress above it with a maximum size of 199 cm X 88 cm. While the underlying mattress could have the same measurements as the one indicated above or as in my case having a very tall son I inserted a mattress of 203 cm X 88 cm.
This is because there is no footboard on one side of the bed underneath.
Can you please tell me the diameter of the legs? I am trying to see if I can slide a king bed in due to our unit's limited space. I need atleast 190 cm between the kegs

External dimensions of the bed: 207 cm x 96 cm
Internal dimensions of the bed: (between the stems) 198.5 cm x 89 cm. I chose this bed because I have a 183 cm tall son and I was able to place a longer mattress on the slats located at the bottom because there is no second backrest at the foot of the bed. Thanks for viewing my video.

You did well! So far my husband and I together have spent 6 hours on it and are only halfway through. A right bloody nightmare. I just wish we’d bought a more expensive one from a proper bed shop with no massive assembly involved. Without this video we wouldn’t even have got as far as we have. Part 2 being tackled at the weekend. 😫
