I really like the Junkyard videos too.. I just wish he had someone to hold the camera when he was taking the roof out. Maybe he will show reverse engineering when he puts it in the car. :-) Phillip Hall
gotta love a spray way road trip!!! i hate how most yards seem to have all the cars in a random place in the yard now days. there seems to be no organization and it makes you walk for for days instead of being able to go straight to the section where the cars you are looking for are and seeing if they got what you want and then you can go to work.
I agree on that. It’s a LKQ in Huntsville, Alabama that use to organize by the make of the car but now they just put them anywhere. I guess it’s much easier for them to swap them out like that,
My rule of thumb at wrecking yards...it's hotter in the summer and colder in the winter at wrecking yards...good video be as always..I'll give it to ya on this 1...I would have thought no way to make sunroof work without the data bus
Bro I truly cannot wait to see what this Impala is going to look like with this sunroof you're putting a lots of people on free game which is definitely appreciated keep up the great work Sprayway I can't wait to see what you do with this Impala SS God bless you brother happy holidays to you and your family keep up the great work
Bro I have the same sunroof having problems with getting the sunroof to work and can't find not one video on the srx roof until I went back to your channel and found this video. 5 day working on it and 17m it was fixed 💯 THANKS FOR THE HELP KEEP GOING 👍
I e been watching spray way for many many years and he’s the best! I learned a lot from this man and have made good money because of him! Thank you brother!
Majik , I use the panoramic roofs out of the Mitsubishi Montero's . They're compatible and nobody even knows about em. G6 and mini cooper's get snatched at every yard.
I saw your video and decided to try it on my 92 caprice. I had the g6 on it, but it broke. I cut it out yesterday and did the srx. It was a tight fit, but I got it in. Took 11 hrs straight work. Thank you for the motivation
Hell yea awesome mod!! Been a GM W-body guy especially 3800s and a lifetime mechanic since they were new and didn't know you could install a panoramic sunroof in these bubbles. Thanks for posting and junkyard hopping is so much fun! Love my old GMs and old Mopars. In the video unfortionately it looks like they smoked in the donor car looks like quite a bit of cigarette tar on the sunshade and looks like they smoked with it half closed often
Good times - walking around in the junk yard. Always feels great when you see a car you're looking for and it actually has the parts you need. Happy New Year SWC 🎉
Your a bad man big cuz. I’m a believer in myself but u got me believing I can do anything I put the effort and research into. I’m down here in Columbia sc. just went to pull a part and successfully cut a sunroof out a G6. Ur a bad man OG!
The only man I'd trust to convert my hardtop Firebird to a T-Top and do it right! I wish I had the money to drop my car off for you just to paint lol love the work!!!! And bringing us along to see it all
What a great custom part for the Impala. That controller you removed likely the actuator switch for the remote roof opening. Nice addition if you can wire it up.
This help me out alot bro cause I was gone put one in my 95 Cadillac DeVille, this saved mr time and a trip because it would havr been to big. Thanks, and i love watching your videos you do excellent work
We definitely need a write up on this if you get it fit, there are a few of these at my local junkyard I’m thinking about going to get. Keep the videos coming bro it’s never a boring video with you 💯
You inspired me to install one in my 1993 fleetwood cadillac. I appreciate all your knowledge that you share on your platform. I'm still in the process of installing it. I wished it was a way to send you some pictures of it.
This the vid i been looking for, jus put a 13 SRX Panaramic in a 77 aerocoupe, eas having trouble figuring out wiring, couldnt find schematic online, also had to fabricate motor mounts at this toof a little too big for aero coupe!
@@SprayWayCustoms what you do with the yellow wire you connect to the red when you finally finished running it. Did you leave yellow/red wire connected or what?

Big facts on the temperature 😂😂
