Weighing White Sturgeon Fish 12 Weeks into our Grow-out Feed Study

In this video UC Davis Aquaculture is conducting research on white sturgeon fish. We are developing a grow-out diet for white sturgeon aquaculture. This study was funded by the USDA Western Regional Aquaculture Center and is a collaboration with the US Fish and Wildlife Service, The US Department of Agriculture ARS, NOAA and UC Davis and a number of California and Idaho Fish Farms.
