I don’t understand the “metaphysics” behind the distribution of Graces from our Immaculate Mother, but I think in some ways she helps us as her children to tie our spiritual shoelaces, weaving the laces inside and outside of time as we correspond to her prompts to walk into the works that her Son has created us to do. The Rosary is a lifelong journey of contemplation, prayer, service and love.

Father Charles, when I saw the picture of the Shrine in La Crosse as you spoke about the year you were there as Sacristan, I couldn't help but immediately recall you going after the bats in the Church :) That one afternoon - br. Paschal was there too - and I saw a bat above the Sanctuary -- you came -- and in the end, some how you caught him in a fish net, and released to the outdoors.
