Could you explain with more detail the function of the Multiplier block? I see it as taking 2 variables (vin and vout) and taking them into account to calculate the error, but you said it was to make sure that the current is in phase with the voltage. Please elaborate on this, I can't understand. Tahnks in advance
Here the waveforms we can see the peaks are 70 and 700, so is it in V or mV?? And you boosting how much voltage like from how much voltage to which voltage??
It is totally based on trail and error or use sliding mode method to check the performance. Reason : matlab has not provided the visibility on what basis it is decided because if you calculate it based on equations it won't reflect the exact intended performance.
@@ElectronicsMaddy does it contain a control circuit (PFC control)? If so, does it measures the input voltage and current and then varies the switching time and duty cycle to ensure both the input voltage and current are in phase ? I’m asking because im trying to find a good design for an active PFC with ac-dc boost converter
@@fahadal-fahad2752 It adjusts the duty cycle according to the variations in the system. For example sudden changes in the load or in certain cases where different types of loads are used. It ideally tries to achieve good pf but practically its quite challenging to achieve.

It is getting buck ,why output voltage is less than ac input if it is a pfc boost converter ??

Great work sir
Thank you
Can you please do it by hysteresis current control technique?
Very good sir
Plz make vedioes on ev controller and ev inveter
Sure. At this point of time I'm working on power electronics lecture series

Hello, I design PFC boost converter. But I don't find PID controller parameters. How calculate PID controller parameter?
Plz make vedioes series on DSO
Sir which is the reference paper do you have used?
Is this voltage control Or current control
Sir can you explain more about circuit which research paper refer how can contact more information
thank u very much. could you plz tell will the same logic helps for sepic converter
Definitely yes. But you must design the sepic converter in accordance to the requirement.

Hi Sir, will I use this logic for full bridge dc-dc converter
Logic is almost the same. I would suggest you to refer some good journals before you start
@@ElectronicsMaddy thank you sir, one more thing is , this is closed loop operation right, so with this will I get controlled output
Yes definitely you will
@@ElectronicsMaddy thank you sir
You are welcome 😊
Why boost converter is there any advantage??
Just to demonstrate I have chosen boost. You can do with other converters as well.
Is this the active pfc method ?
Yes

@@fahadal-fahad2752 yes
You are telling rectified voltage waveform as the current waveform. Yellow color waveform is the current. Blue color waveform is the voltage waveform.
What is the gate pulse waveform
Hi swara mishra. You can check it by connecting a scope at the gate terminals.

Hi Fazer. I am not sure about your question. I am not using any specific current control method here.
