That’s a great concept for limited space cars but the only problem with this set up is that at higher volumes or in bass boosted songs there are chances of damaging internal guts like capacitors etc due to vibrations , rest the sub box build is nice 👍

Nice work, just wondering if you have tried a sealed enclosure and ported enclosure in one box? A 10 inch sub as sealed and a 12 inch as ported with one amp LPF upto 100Hz for 10 inch sub and one amp LPF below 100Hz for the 12 inch sub. Just a thought, to get best of both.
How do you tune the port? In almost all of my bass speaker builds I have found the box performs most like the computer model when the port is a lot shorter than the calculations say it should be. How much shorter is basically impossible to calculate & depends mainly on how close the inner end of the port is to the walls, stuffing etc. So, the port is best if it's design allows it's length to be adjusted and set during initial testing of the assembled unit with an amp, frequency generator and your good ears.
Most people don't have the time and resources adjusting the port length until it sounds good. That is why it's quick and cheaper to rely on computer programs.
CM: Can you guide me, is it no problem to connect 4ohms Subwoofer to Sony str-dh790 with 6-16Ohms impedance.. else I need to add amplifier to subwoofer, can I add car amplifier board.. please suggest

Nice design, build, craftsmanship right up to mounting the amp.. NEVER mount amps, xovers, dsp, caps on subwoofer enclosures electronics are FRAGILE & weren't design to be mounted on a HOSTILE VIBRATING box...nice video tho

I would have siliconed the inside corners/edges as well to help keep air only going where it needs to go in that box.

instead of hot glue, maybe some sealant, that's more flexible, and the glue is stiff
