      What evidence have you seen that shows anyone’s guilt let alone Brian Kohbergers.
      I remember not to terribly long ago a security guard spotted a bmob and called it in saving dozens of lives and they blamed him for having knowledge and planting it. The media destroyed his life and come to find out he was totally innocent.
      Don’t believe the BS the media feeds you because they are just trying to get ratings. Do you think the host of this show went to Idaho and personally investigated this case?
      This guy has the presumption of innocence and he deserves a fair trial. If he’s guilty and proven to be they can let him rot in prison and if not he gets to live life as an innocent may with a cloud of suspicion from people that believe everything they are told to believe.

      You obviously don’t know what you’re talking about.
      Brian Kohberger will not be found guilty it will be a mistrial. The police were given this name from a low level drug dealer that was acting as a lookout that day. Kohberger was meeting a girl with his friend that police unalived in a home invasion raid. They were looking to score some drugs and it just so happens that the murders took place at the same time he met the female drug dealer that dropped off drugs at the house in the Jack-in-the-Box bag.
      Just because someone is in prison doesn’t mean they are guilty that’s why they have the innocence project.

It shouldn’t take 18 motions to compel for discovery to be turned over. The next major thing you will start to see is AT filing motion to suppress. AT witnesses have made a fool out of BT and his staff so far and he has yet to put of an expert to counter the defense experts. Why is that? Because he doesn’t have jack shit and is just relying on the touch DNA on the bottom snap on the knife sheath.
      If the knife sheath is a USMC sheath as LE and BT said, then the bottom snap would be made out of brass. Military loves brass, brass buttons on dress uniforms, buckle, bells and USN ships have brass everywhere because they love making us polish stuff. Now back to the USMC knife sheath, it has a solid brass bottom snap and touch DNA starts to breakdown extremely quickly. Meaning by the time the knife sheath got to the Idaho State lab, there wouldn’t have been a trace of touch DNA to test from. 8 hour delay in calling 911, finding the sheath and processing the crime scene, taking bag evidence to state lab, and the lab testing evidence, I would say at least 24 to 48 hours had passed. Here is some light reading on trace DNA and metal types to educate yourself.

    There’s no evidence he even did this. The media is complicit in convicting him in the public eye. The MPD didn’t even have the route he supposedly took that night, zero video of his car, zero dna on him, in his car, in his home, they had to admit they lied about the stalking, lied about having him at the house 12 times, no video of his license plate, 5 runners seen leaving the house, shoddy touch dna which they refuse after 30 requests to tell how they obtained, a possibly planted sheath that wasn’t seen by some of the first responders until Payne potentially placed it there, we don’t even know if the sheath they found even matches the weapon used! And if so, is it the exact one, or just the same type of weapon? The Linda Lane tape at 220am shows a very loud fight. I haven’t seen enough to prove BK was EVEN THERE. It’s amazing how many of you are willing to jump onto a guilty bandwagon with little to no proof. If this happened to YOU, wouldn’t you want a fair trial? What’s MPD hiding? Oh and why did they change the car AND the timeline once that body cam video was leaked that showed the MPD directly across the street from the scene in an unmarked car and plain clothes just ONE MINUTE AFTER Kaylees final call. “It’s okay I’m here to help you” sounds like COP TALK. Yes, I do. With everything I have read in all the court documents, with everything I’ve read and researched in those documents about DNA that was provided by experts, as well as what I’ve gathered watching every single hearing from beginning to end ( more than once) .. all things considered thus far that I’ve seen, I believe he is innocent. But it doesn’t matter what I think, he, we should always have the presumption of innocence.
      Part of the problem is that many people, not all, but many people go to news sites like this and that becomes their info. That becomes their facts. Most people do not take it upon themselves to put the time in to look into all the info presented in court. Showing a “clip” of a hearing is nothing without viewing the entire hearing. Nothing is about honest journalism or fairness, if it were honest stations and people would retract their statements that were false, but doing that is not as entertaining nor does it get views or revenue, what sells is portraying somebody as a stalker psycho who left perverted messages on one of the victim’s Instagram accounts.
      This was said by Nancy Grace, this channel, and implied by the Goncalves Family and it has never been publicly retracted.
      It’s simply not true. It did not happen. There is not even a return warrant for Instagram for Bryan Kohberger. Nothing. There is also no connection to the victims, and no stalking ever happened. Both of those statements were said in hearings from the State and Defense. None of the people above, in the name of fairness and truth have retracted their Instagram/stalking statements.
      This channel, nor Nancy Grace, or the Goncalves family are even talking about how the route in the PCA that stated Bryan took is false. There is not even any footage of Bryan’s car in that route in the PCA they used to arrest him, yet they claimed he likely traveled that way. That was said in the hearing by the lead detective himself. The route they portrayed had no footage of Bryan’s car.
      The statement of Bryan pinging off the wifi of the home where the homicides occurred is false. That hasn’t been retracted by the family. In fact, all of cell data that was used in the PCA that stated Bryan pinged 12 times near King rd and all the other statements concerning the cell data were made with less than 18% of the cell data researched, tested or validated out of 100%. In fact, they had not even drive tested the cell data and had no validation of any data at the crime scene or from the main thoroughfare from Pullman to Moscow. Approx 80% is missing!! They, nor MPD, can even remotely begin to make those statements that Bryan pinged here there and everywhere, yet they did.
      The statement from the Goncalves Family that the Defense is getting everything. If they were getting everything the Defense would not be on their 17th Supplemental request for Discovery and recently they just had their 5th motion to compel evidence. All because the State has not turned it over. In fact, the Defense was still asking for video footage during their 5th motion. Footage is conveniently missing as reports were given that it was turned in but MPD can’t seem to find it.
      All of this should give people pause.
      There are plenty of more problems and false statements, but this is already a long response. Hope that explains some things.

      He's fine and has books too this guy acts like the rest of the jail ISNT nothing but tweekers!! Look up the jail you can see all the current mug shots yikes! Rapists meth manufacturing and yes other murder cases! We have to stop sensationalizing these cases. Don't give them the attention they want. I wouldn't even go to his trial. That would be a total roast! The guy who was ignored still ignored even at his own quadruple murder trial

    Everybody wants to find eveyone guilty. This is what i have to say innocent til proven guilty so sad for all the children being born in this world today with parents that care. All the infomation about this case did he really do this or just get set up for them to play with. Is Bryan Kohberger really guilty why would he have done this? What because the call him a incell. There go after everyone so it seems today how ugly. Always finding some kind of fault and being taken for granted. The man has to like some people. Only human of they will let him. I sure hes never caused a scene but they are doing a great job of killing him even of hes innocent. He knows if he murdered those 4 people or not.

    I would think Latah County has much better conditions. There have been articles about how overcrowded Ada County jail is, with prisoners sleeping on the floor, crammed into the same cell, etc. This also exacerbates tensions inside a jail. And if he's got his own cell, and if he's already disliked by other prisoners, as he allegedly was in Latah County, this would fuel more hostility towards him, wouldn't it? Plus, the Ada County jail has a more serious offender group than Latah County, doesn't it?

    • @grungestoryteller
      @grungestoryteller Місяць тому +2

      Yes and he's fine. My brother works there. Both jails are pretty similar they can order books radio this guy is wrong on everything it's not like hee the only murderer there!

    • @tonis8131
      @tonis8131 Місяць тому +1

      @@grungestoryteller I think the only reason "he's fine" is because he's segregated from the entire population, according to another interview Banfield has posted. Which is probably for the dual purpose of the safety of the rest of the population as well as his own. Other murderers, I suppose it depends on the circumstances. But his alleged crimes are so heinous, and he's possibly so "psycho," it makes sense that he wouldn't be allowed to freely mingle. They don't know what he could turn into at any given moment.

      Yes! He's just fine not miserable so people can go back to worrying about their own life. This is silly incorrect and not helpful at all. He thinks by LYING and saying Bryan is sad lonely hungry and miserable he will be a hero interjecting himself into the case beloved to the families or something. Bizarre and cringe is all this is.
      Tbh, I saw the new mugshot and him walking off plane and thought wow he looks great. Just saying he looks healthier and had a little scruff going on. He looks like he's eating good sleeping good gained weight.
      Maybe that's why Ashley called this clown hoping Bryan sees the show on the news or his attorney shows him to ruffle his feathers.
