Wildlife Garden Diaries April 24

My monthly catchup with the goings on in our garden.
After Smoky moved her cubs, I was waiting for them to be big enough to venture further from their new den. Finally they did at the end of April but only briefly.
Frank, our lovely dog fox who had a injured leg which looked very serious, has made a great recovery, he now walks on the leg which looked like it was fractured but has fused itself naturally.
The bad news was the loss of our female badger Flora, who was run over half a mile away.
All part and parcel of the dangerous lives our wild animals live.
