I'd give my right arm for an in depth cobra tutorial. PopnTod has a pretty good one but some of the finer intricacies I really struggle with. Mainly trying to orient the head and shoulder rotations and the arm movements at the same time. So difficult!!!!!! Hope your having a great week bro : ) PEACE
Splendid video and your co-ordination of mind and body is superb, in the top 10 I have ever seen. I would like some insight into how your create your routines at the informal dancing in front of the bedroom, bathroom mirror stage. The sketches you create prior to full blown routines.
I don't know why I pictured you drinking a coffee while doing this (with your leg behind your head) every morning lol. If anyone could it's you. Really loved this thank you, I have so much back pain this did help me a lot

Those basic stretches at the beginning, I'll do those, I've been trying to get into yoga for years, but it's always too much and too complicated. After a trial run, they feel just the right amount (I'm pathetically stiff, but I guess that's why I need it...) So... Thanks!
I used to try when I was a teenager, but never developed a style or got basics down pact enough to call myself one. I think most of these stretches will help your middle split :)

I am struggling to get the rotating motion when kicking my leg stays more or less straight.
I would recommend sitting with the leg behind your head whenever you’re doing anything, watching tv, before bed, it’s how I got it.
