You can apply coconut oil it’s cheap and too good to save you from stretch mark’s. I used it everyday after my bath and before bed. I have two kids but no stretch marks.
Lovely video❤️...I would like to share with you that during my pregnancy I started my day with a small bowl of murmura or muri, just muri without dry roasting it and believe me I did not have any bloating or gas problem during the entire pregnancy period..also after that I used to have a glass of sattu sherbet (with just a little salt and a little watery), and I did not have any constipation problem during the entire period..one tends to get constipated since you need to have iron tablets...I don't know if you will read this message or not but I felt like sharing with you and all the other lovely ladies out there☺️...lots of love ❤️...
Hello madam I hope you are well. I am 8 weeks pregnant. I can't able to do anything i feel sleepy all the time and my blood pressure is low also i feel vomiting nausea or bhut chkr ate h even khana khane k bad b i feel vomitish i am living in uk when i consult to doctor not give any advise and all . Yesterday my blood test was done no scanning was happened only a estimation did by doctor and told me you are 8 weeks pregnant i also started folic acid at 8 weeks i am very worried about my child because everyone told me you should start earlier otherwise there will be a chances of neural tube defects but when i consult with doctor they don't offer me any scan and all can you please tell me what i have to eat or not i am suffering from severe constipation stomach pain and please reply to my comment
