Yokoshima Akira strolled into a small town, the note he received asked him to come to this place. He noticed at least a hundred Japanese bandits, watching him on either side as he entered.
"Oi" the voice brought him back to his surrounding. A man who appeared as their leader was sitting on the edge of the well further in. His nodachi resting on his shoulder.
"What can I do for you?" Akira said puzzled. He didnt recognize any of them. They all smelled like humans, too.
"I heard you were a half Japanese, is that true?" The man twisted his head, trying to appear intimidating.
Akira laughed on the inside, "indeed. My mother was Japanese, my father was western."
"Huh. So that makes you half mongrel, then. I have another question then..." he said as he stood up.
Akira eyed the soldiers around him getting impatient...
"Which side are you on? Ours... or theirs?"
Akira scoffed outloud. "I was shunned from Japan, and shunned from my homeland, I have no sides to take."
"Then your of no use to me..." the man said as he picked up his nodachi and put it on his shoulders.
"I wouldnt suggest following this path, all of you are going to die, you know." Akira said outloud as the soldiers closed in on him
Soon the battle erupted, and Akira danced in between their attacks, he cut one mans arm off, twisted around and deflected a thrust and impaled him, twisting the sword around before spinning around the man and ripped the katana out of his chest, ripping open his chest in the process.
The men couldnt land a hit against him. Akira moved faster than any normal human being ever could hope to achieve. Their slaughter began to intimidate the surviving members, Akira stood amidst a pile of corpses, absolutely drenched in their blood. His black kimono stained a dark scarlet, his blue eyes, uncaring, unforgiving, yet calm and calculating. He smiled and opened his arms and dropped his katana,
"None of you could kill me anyway, I'll finish this with my bare hands!"
The last few men steeled their nerves, he had to be joking right? Hes unarmed after all, and attacked.
Akira didnt even dodge or move, their swords and spears impaled him and forced him back a few steps, he laughed as his pure black blood spilled out over their hands and weapons.
"Black blood...?" They said in bewilderment.
"HES A DEMON! GET OUT OF THERE YOU IDIOTS"
The warning didnt come fast enough, as Akira grabbed two men by their skulls and effortlessly crushed them with his fingers. The remaining two tried to back away, but couldnt move fast enough. He grabbed the two men by their faces and lifted them up in the air, their muffled screaming audible even far away.
Akira's face was now contorted into a maniacal grin, his blue eyes glowing like an azure light. He laughed hysterically as the men he held began to bleed, their blood trickling down his arms.
Suddenly, with a horrifying shlck, Akira's torso separated from his body. His grip released, and the two men crumpled, their faces mangled by brute strength.
The leader looked around, all of his men... gone in a span of a few minutes... how horrifying it was. The ground was stained with their blood.
"You were strong, demon. But you are not invincible." He started to sheath his nodachi, before he heard a most disturbing sound...
Laughter. From a dead body.
He twisted around as Akira twisted his face to face the man. "I'm not dead yet!"
Akira twisted his torso around and using some dark energy, he reattached his body together, before jumping up to his feet.
"Rot in hell you beast." The man said.
Akira stopped, and appeared to remember something. "Wouldnt be the first time I've heard that. Wont be the last either..." Akira said as he swiped with his right hand, and tore the mans head clean from his shoulders.
