When I first heard this playlist I swore I'd listen to it in Japan on my senior school trip. Just came back from Japan on July 12th 2023 after my trip was pushed back 4 years. The amount of nostalgia this playlist brings me from actually shopping through the streets of Osaka, Kyoto, Takayama, Kanazawa, and Tokyo is surreal. I was so blessed to be able to fulfill my promise to myself, and rewarded myself with a memory I'll never forget to a playlist that can bring me back to those moments. I been listening to this mix for years and its funny how my opinion of it changes as time rolls on. I used to listen to this while at uni and staying up late getting assignments done, so i used to associate this with stress and anxiety.
