You will need to soak the resin pieces Black Majic Bleach-White for about 48 hrs to make sure there's no mold release/silicone left on the body. Then wash it with Dawn dish soap before painting it with primer. AMT used the same basis chassis for several of the Altered wheel-based cars that came out at that time. The plastic kit parts should work perfectly for the resin car body
That's a very nice cool kit, nice resin body and Alloy parts very cool, looking forward to seeing the build 👌 nice unboxing ❤🍻🦘🪃🏔🇦🇺🇦🇺🤗
Thank you for checking it out
@slowridemodelcars1687 you're welcome 😊 🙏 🤗
Looks like a cool kit.
What a cool kit! I've never worked with anything resin before. Seems like if you take your time with it, it'll yield a very nice build.

Build it the way that you want to
Interesting Jay, they probably used the funny farmer Tempest kit, Arnies altered wheelbase Tempest, I would use as much kit plastic as I could, 😎👍
I built the kit, go back in my archives, 9 years ago, title video, Final Reveal 63 Pontiac Tempest AWB
And forget the metal parts?, thanks for comments!
@@ramblers69thank you Tom, I will check it out!
@@slowridemodelcars1687 Some of the metal parts might be nice, depending on cleanup
@@ramblers69that’s what I was thinking also, we will see, thanks again!
nice update
Thank you Leon!
I got mine from Model Car world -years ago--NNL-EAST
How did it build up?
@@slowridemodelcars1687 didn't yet-
Further looking I think the metal parts are casted in white metal or aluminum!
