Pretty cool Tiff! Some different ways than what I usually do but that's one of the cool things about weathering, so many ways to do it. Plus cars weather differently all over the country. Rust, sun fading, sandy desert, dusty fields muddy swamps, so many cool ways! Great video ladies!
Thank you. And I started weathering when I was a rattlecanner, and there is a slight difference in the two processes so I thought I might better say so.
Thank you, and for me it is easy. The same way making a glossy perfect paintjob is easy to others. But I don't think it really is all that hard. Maybe time consuming, but lucky me, I am disabled and always home. If when you are doing it and if you have a question just contact me.
Awesome stuff!! I really like the look you achieve with your technique. And the look of the paint after you wiped it with the alcohol was a happy accident indeed. Love it.
@BigSkyModelWorkshop just until it's dry enough to touch. The AK says right on it to do it as soon as possible. I have let the salt sit all night. It just makes it a little harder to remove. Much harder to remove if you have used a rattle can
Very good how to..... alot of info in 20+ min. Really like how you explain the process... Great job Tiff!!!!
Thank you very much. Thank you for watching and I hope I help at least one person.

Thank you and thank you for watching. It is always good to learn something different. It just may help our own ways to evolve.

You're doing an excellent job! Great tutorial. I am definitely going to give both methods a shot!
How long did you let the paint dry for on each?
