I think, there is a fundamental difference in the effect of russian and ukrainian long range attacks. By now, the ukrainian strikes can´t really change anything fundamental. Hits on fuel depots or airfields are insufficient to cause supply shortages. If anything, Ukrain can keep the black sea fleet at a distance. But that force is not utilized by Russia anyways. The russian strikes however do affect the daily situation at the frontline. No, the energy infrastructure wont completely collapse and weapon production and logistical routes wont take long term damage. There isn´t much ukrainian economy left which could be influenced. But the ukrainian airforce and air defence become destroyed and depleted more and more. Whenever ukrainian air defence tries to safe a power plant, it uses up ammunition and it gets exposed and potentially destroyed. Russian aviation can operate unchallenged directly over many battlefields now and that situation is sustained and expanded. And by now, even delivery of new air defece is hardly effective any more, because there is no sufficient air defence operational to defend it.
Nowadays Ukr can't post a video of "success" that doesn't geolocate Ru progress... When all your propaganda shows you losing...
