you can just either go back the day before and u might see it then. If it doesn’t work then go on an app that does show the notification. Keep opening the app until u think it’s enough if it works continue until there but if it doesn’t work just keep spamming opening the app
You mean on your Settings > Screen Time > See All Activity > Notifications? If so, just go slide the daily average graph left and right till you went to those dates when you use your Shortcuts app. Otherwise, open your Shortcuts app and use is for couple of minutes and then close and it should show up after that. You don't actually have to do this for all the 440 icon apps you have. Instead just follow the first half of this video only, which is go to your Settings > Screen Time > See All Activity > "Scroll down to NOTIFICATIONS section" and look/tap on the Shortcuts app > Turn OFF "Allow Notifications". Take note that you have to repeat that step every time your phone is rebooted.
take note that every time you restart your device, you just need to disable notification in the Settings > Screen Time > Shortcuts > then disable shortcuts notification as ahown in the video
What kind of notification are you seeing? is it coming from shortcuts? I'm on iOS 16 with my iPhone 11 and it still works for me. Take note that you have to repeat this steps only every time your phone reboots/restarts: Go to Settings > Screen Time > See All Activity > "Scroll down to NOTIFICATIONS section" and look/tap on the Shortcuts app > Turn OFF "Allow Notifications"

You don't have to create multiple automations for each app. Instead, you can create one automation and select multiple apps.
