These are on brand new headlights? I tried doing this on some spare headlights I have and the rubber sealant doesn’t melt it’s brittle, do you have any advice for this?

Is the installation process the same for E38 face-lift headlights?

The idea of a new projector and mounting bracket is the same, but a different bracket is used in the facelift, because they used a different projector in the facelift headlight.

Is there a difference when fitting with the bi-xenon kit?

From the outside you will not see a difference and the headlight will look original. In the output you will see a huge difference. The new projector is much brighter and the light pattern is much sharper. See 14:12 for the difference.

No :-) 1 kit is enough for 2 headlights, so you only need 1 kit.
