I know that OTAS are an important partnters,but we cannot become hostages from them. We must to find strategies in order to convert more direct sales to increase our rentability and pay less comissions.

I believe Four Seasons ditched OTA. Also hotels must hate Big Tech first. Google is worse than OTA. Double edged swords - hotels got the ads / traffic but with links to tons of OTA.. Sneaky Google
