People have been asking for a stronger more concentrated version for years, then when it comes out they complain it’s redundant. It is exactly what it’s supposed to be. I really enjoyed it and will be picking a bottle up soon.
I recently purchase the latest bleu Chanel perfum it smells amazing and more concentrated then the other two. It last all day even after I shower it still lingers. You don't have to bathe in it to smell it. You only need two sprays. Some people body chemistry difference from others which is understandable.

Same-I smelled it and it's exactly what I'm after: A Deeper Less Fruity but more of a Sophisticated/Distinguished Scent 👍

Bought it right away no question asked. Free overnight delivery got it and love it. To my nose it definitely is more creamier and smooth like you said. I also was expecting a way darker composition. I just hope Bleu doesn't become the new L'Homme and pops out massive amounts of flankers. I don't regret paying the hefty price tag as I enjoyed and still have the other versions of Bleu. It's next to my vintage Egoiste cologne concentree/vintage EDT. So it has an special spot in my growing collection! Thanks for the review!

Jackeljefe On my skin 8+ hours easily strong projection for several hours but your mileage will vary based off your skin chemistry etc.
LOVE Bleu De Chanel PARFUM!! Smells better and sexier then edt or edp .... the PARFUM longevity is amazing! Lasts a long time on me, plus I get a lot of compliments too 😍😍
colin shandraw I haven’t yet to receive any compliment. Maybe my bottle needs time to mature cause is brand new. How many sprays you go?
I use 3 sprays last all day! You got to remember everybody has different body scents.. and every Parfum/cologne smells different on everybody
colin shandraw Absolutely, but I never had any issue with longevity , my problem is projection. I hope that will change after some use. I feel that I waste 120 €. Thanks anyway !

Just bought it bc i ran out of my edp... 😊 excited for this release as expensive as some people think it is makes it more exclusive for me. Love the DNA of bleu and that added creaminess makes it smoother amd more well rounded... def sauvage's competition for the edp. Some people might find it redundant... i fond it perfected
OrlandoFloridaLife 407 a lot of people don't really have Chanel colognes as they're not available at discount sites, and you have to get them retail. All chanels are pretty pricey too, might as well buy niche if you're spending more than 150 on a bottle. That's something I've always noticed, that reviewers say that everyone has BdC, but I don't find that true, because most people aren't paying that much for a fragrance, especially when there are other options that are cheaper and smell the same at department stores, where you have to buy chanel colognes. Just my experience, not much people wear chanel where I live, too pricey for the normal guy that doesn't wear cologne much; and if they do, they get a more moderately priced one at that department store.

Thanks Gilberto, thats why I always got complimented on it. It's one of those colognes that everyone has smelled and loved but find it too pricey or they would settle for something cheaper, but similar in smell like Dylan's by Versace
OrlandoFloridaLife 407 that's exactly true, many people suggest Dylan Blue, sauvage, or some other similar smelling "bleu" scent as an alternative, because bleu is "played out". I actually never wanted to buy bleu because it was kind of pricey and doesn't performance as well as I'd like for 150+ (I like to buy the big bottles of everything I like). So I never really bought it, I knew about it and would smell whenever I was in the stores. However, it was only recently that I pulled the trigger and got a bottle, many people ask what I'm wearing and that it's nice. It's a scent that not that many people actually have, unless you're a fraghead, and that's not that common. So Bleu is a good choice of scent to have, as it's more exclusive than you would think it is. Maybe you'll get the occasional business type that just bought the most expensive fragrance from the department store that will have it, but it's rare to encounter many regular people with chanel colognes. But that's just my experience.
Olivier Polge did not compose the EDT and EDP. Those were created by Jacques Polge, who is Olivier's father.

Own and used all three Bleu de Chanel. For me the Eau de Parfum is to me the best. Performance and fragrance the best for my body chemistry....

one of my favorite fragrances
This is lemon zest / sandalwood / cedar with a moderately sweet base - definitely not the grapefruit / incense combo of the EDP which is too much shower gel for me.
Max. Bleu de Chanel EDT and EDP were made by Jacques Polge and this Parfum is the first creation for men by his son Olivier Polge. I think on the EDP Jacques Polge made it more refined but he tunned down that incense note that I loved in EDT and he injected that amber accord, beside EDP projects less than EDT but on me it last longer. About Parfum, I think it is over priced anyways I have to check this out if it really worth it. I have one new 150 ml EDP backup and a 100 ml bottle which is still has 90ml almost new and for another hand I still have another bottle of 150 ml EDT which is still has half juice and another new never open 100 bottle EDT as backup. Obviously I am in love about Bleu de chanel then maybe I would buy this Parfum if I like it. Thanks for the review.

@@MaxForti Last week I tried Parfum on my skin. To my nose it is a creamier version of EDP but almost same actually. Performance on my skin is same as EDP there for it doesnt deserve to be purchased, in my opinion. I agree with you, I hoped this Parfum would have added an oud note and much stronger incense note or at least! It would have projected and lasted much stronger than EDP one but it is almost same...👎

Great video Max, I have a bottle of the white lettered EDP, I get tons of compliments from everyone, it works extremely well on my skin, I Love , Love, Love this one, people are always asking me what am I wearing
EDP is my favorite from the Bleu line as well.

While I think this is the best edition out, I bought a bottle in the first hour it was available, I think if you have EDP then I wouldn't run out and get it till you finish with your EDP... .unless it is a limited edition which I hadn't heard. I do like the Parfum the best, it smells better, smoother, creamier but it's so close to the EDP that most people that smell you wont know the difference....I have almost 10 oz of Blue EDP so i plane to layer this with my edp...
My favorite is the EDP for sure between the 3...
I haven't watched the video, but to answer the question on the title card, yes, yes the Parfum is the best version. People say they can't tell the difference. I can tell the difference. I first got the Parfum and then I bought the EDT. The EDT is beautiful, but the Parfum is refined, it's gorgeous. Despite having the EDT, I will be buying a big bottle of the Parfum.
My favorite from all the Bleu de Chanel definetely for the winter time ❄️☃️

I did like it, it is richer and dense, I'm more attracted to the woodier quality from the sandalwood. It is a good release overall.

Chanel fragrances dont get discounted so paying 120+ dollars for a fragrance that doesn't perform, not a good deal
I would say Chanel perfumes for ladies especially n5 edp and Coco Mademoiselle edp are beast in terms of projection and silage. But Bleu is little bit weak, when it comes to the performance.

This is the first one I tried from the brand however I smell all of them at the mall the only thing I could really pick up as the different out of all of them this one has a sharper smell one of my all time favorite
I like the fact that it is pricy
That will insure that not many people will wear it
I think this smells the most expensive in designer line, when i went Macys I didn’t smell anything and just got this because i was sure that this will smell unique and not generic like almost all others are from designer line including the edt and edp version of this.

I'm surely I'm the minority with this being my first bleu and because of that really enjoying this scent with its versatily, cold notes and warm notes.
This is the best Bleu. As you said, it's rounder, deeper, denser, darker, woodier and more sophisticated. Maby lower projection, but the stayingpower on my skin is very good! The perfect "work-horse" fragrance for all gentlemen 👌

I just bought it. It's really good. Much better than Dior sauvage edp.
at niche prices 7 hours sucks. Sauvage and dylan bleu are better options

The EDP sounds like the best of the 3.
Tyrone E wait a bit, and they're going to say they love it, and it's the only one you should buy. When the edp came out, it got a lot of hate, and then everyone came around to it.

My favorite parfum Bleu Chanel
It’s a shame it didn’t work out for you as much as you hoped. But it worked for me better than any of the others. Maybe it’s just my nose or my skin but it worked wonders for me. My girlfriend bought it for me for Christmas and on the first day I tried it it lasted all day for me. It wasn’t super strong as far as projection like you said but it does linger and smell fantastic. As I walked by, people did still notice it quite well which was about 2 hours in. So overall it was a good release for me. And I enjoy wearing it for special occasions

Hey David, thanks for subbing to the channel - sure, in regards to sprays on this one I go 4-6 and I also spray my clothes, so I get a more optimum performance with it. It doesn't push (project) very strong but I do get very good (longevity) with it.

En the edp 2014 was by the father and the 2018 is by his son.
I tested this Parfum fragrance in a store, Boscovs...and LOVED it!!! Lavender and woodiness and it was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!!!!
Bought a full size Parfum bottle at Bloomingdales...and I hate it. Seriously...it sucks!
Nothing but lemon lemon lemon...it never transitions to any other note...but hellish LEMON.
Maybe this bottle needs to age for a year like the bottle I first tested...i don't know.
This is expensively disappointing.

Hi Max another great review but in my opinion this release have no sense.
This is very, very,very similar to the Eau de Parfum on my skin and the projection and longevity isn't better respect to the previous relase.
The only good thinks is that with this new release probably the previus go on discount price, not so much (is anyway chanel),and if you love this type of fragrance vibe i raccomanded the eau the parfum.
This is my opinion, i hope that i not have offended anyone, but this release have really, really disappointing me.
And last but not least the price 150€ seriously???
At 80€ i buy a bottle of 125ml of Acqua di Giò Profumo much better in terms of longevity, projection and (but this is subjective) smell.
For me is an easy pass.

okey so i tried this... the smell
is amazing BUT BUT the longevity is the weakest i have ever seen. i sprayed this on my arm at night and completely gone in morning. not even a whiff remained in morning after 8 hours on my skin.
many other perfumes or even the original EDT has insanely much more longevity.
This is the most classy refined Bleu De Chanel yet. It’s like the edp on steroids ...

Max Forti man max all I wanted was a BDC that gave me the top notes from EDP longer on my skin! Hell im scared to buy the allure Blanche bc I’m told it’s a reform and EDP... smh Chanel is killing me. I’ll save my 150$ and put towards Layton or Aventus
Guys it doesn’t wear too too close on me. When I wear this, I get incredible reactions from ppl. This fragrance fits me so well.

Performance for me is too good. I wish I could tone it down. One spray on my chest and I'm death stenching like a sumbich for a week straight and chicks be staring at me like I'm a chocolate syrup covered Twinkie. Not really but kinda.
Acqua di gio profumo or BDC?
if I could only have one - I'd stick with profumo - but both are great scents. I live ADgio profumo better for my taste!
