I'm sorry to hear that, Rachel. I don't know you well, but it was clear that you were passionate about your job. But when a window closes, a door opens. It'll probably be for the best, you have all the potential to manage your own media. I have a lot of experience with journalism, marketing and business, so if you need anything, don't hesitate to reach out.
Full disclosure, I've never been a Broncos fan but I stumbled upon this channel during your coverage of training camp and really enjoyed your perspective on the players, the team and especially the game itself. I don't think people appreciate how much of a grind it is reporting on the inside and your channel certainly pulled back the veil. Finally, your on air personality is second to none and you are so much more than just a pretty face. Do not let this setback hold you back. Continue being you, embrace who you are and good things will come your way.
Sorry to hear that, but you will be able to find another great opportunity just like DMac when he left the Fan. I am looking forward to seeing what you do next.
I don't believe you are truly a broadcaster/media personality until you have been fired at least once or twice. That said, I wouldn't be surprised if by the time I finish this comment, you have options or offers lined up. I really enjoyed your content on the Fan and I thought you belonged on the air full time if you choose. Good luck to you, Rachel. I just hope you don't pull an Ariel Orsuto and leave the Denver Market. Cheers to you!
This is so interesting. I follow mostly the Avs online and have followed them via dnvr, guerilla and other outlets. This has created IMO that it has created more jobs but also has made sports less important on traditional outlets. My thought is try doing your own thing as it keeps you in the eyes of the right people. Just a thought.
Damn, I’m sorry to hear it. That’s the only reason I was watching your show was you, so, Damn!!! OK, so please tell us where you’re going to so we can keep up with the great stories that you always produce.

Please fill us in on your new adventure/job when you can! You're the best Rachel!
I also got laid-off on Tuesday, and my dear you are taking it much better than I. I wish you well.
So sorry to hear. Hope you're able to find your next landing spot
You'll still do something great❤
Good luck Rachel. I'm positive you'll land on your feet in probably a better situation ultimately
Very confident in that as well! Thank you!
We miss you at Denver Sports. Coffee break is not the same without you!!! Praying 🙏 for your next journey.
Appreciate that!
@heyrachelnicole I really wanted to boycott the station but I love Cecil and Mase too much 🤷 lol
