We've already discussed that there's a number of worlds that are an hour from extinction by starvation and the timer gets reset with every agri-world shipment. another issue the sorceror didnt seem to take into account: Emps being on the golden throne both lights the astronomicon AND contains the massive oppsie-poopsie warp rift Magnus made below the palace. If he is killed and removed from the throne, the astronomicon could well sputter out, isolating every system in the imperium and stranding every ship currently in the warp. Worse, the rift would explode outwards, basically becoming a second Eye of Terror (Eye of Terra?) that would rip out the heart of the imperium much as the Eye did with the Eldar.
But if Big E trancends it might mean it won't be Chaos' deamons who come spilling out, but his. Maybe Holy Terra will become a new Eye of Terror but one of Order.
Clearly he is willing to risk sacrificing Terra and the Astronomicon both in order to save humanity. But who knows if the astronomicon would even be required once Emps ascended to godhood (if we assume that is what would happen)? Seems plausible to me that he could do something to mitigate the effects of losing it, if not even entirely replace it. Terra would almost certainly just be flat-out gone though, and would probably lose Mars along with it. Unless an actual-God Emperor could even do something about that.

Im sure that Dorn will involve himself in the Imperium... but how? now that should worth a novel or two.
Spoiler for Cypher's new novel: 'Cypher, Lord of the Fallen' has also something about this topic. When Cypher reaches the entrance to the Golden Throne room, he gets stopped by a Custodes who should be dead at this point, but is kept alive by an 'unknown' force. The guard tells Cypher to wait and the Fallen retreats. So that book hints very strongly at this theory, but also that the Emperor doesn't want it to happen now and that Cypher obeys his wish.
@@Dalorno I would put my bet on that. The Fallen leader of the Thousand Eyes warband got his information from the warp and thought himself not as far gone as he actually was - in other words I wouldn't trust his sources and buying into it being the best course of action to kill the Empreror now... I mean if the Emperor really wanted to die at this stage - why not tell the custodes or Guilliman...
@@erih2934 basically what is hinted is Big E has a Big Gambit and cypher and The 1k Eyes Captain has a very plausible idea to revive big E and big E told "not yet" meaning what everyone think is he is waiting for a Slip or something to leverage that when he dies he doesn't get immediately tear apart by the chaos god at his vulnerable state so his juicing up for a quick and decisive time to respawn without being Spawn Killed. kinda reasonable thing since from where its going its going to be literally Big E becoming A Divine God albeit a God of Mankind as a tyrant one like "order/faith while being also control and disbelief like TTS magnus explain when they got to a banter of E becoming one and being that symbol
Oooh so the Emperor's deal with Chaos Gods was, to enslave those warp entities and make them his sons, while Chaos Gods would get rid of potential threats that might grow and born like Slaanesh.
I think it would make sense that after 10,000 years of feeding on the powers of all the sacrificed psykers at the golden throne that Big E could possibly resurrect instantly and that his powers would have grown to such a level that he can easily enter the warp to battle and defeat Chaos.
I love the return of the Lion and GW has done some amazing crafting of lore. I still believe that Cypher is Alpharius because no space marine, not Dante, nor Lorgar, none of them could just disappear from Custody jail.
@@percivalden84 I reread it a few times, I think they had changed identities and not even their legion knew it. Dorn could never have detected Alpharius, Malcador trained him. He could have picked out Omegon tho.
@KC Custodes that was I was thinking that alpharius was trained by malcador and he saw most primarchs without being detected but omegan didn't get the same kind of training given how late in the crusade he was found
it turns out he escaped thanks to dark angels black ops, they were at terra when Gman returned, and noticed Cypher. So tried to extract him. Forcefully.
He probably would join the The Great Game of Chaos and say "The Warp belongs to Humanity by birthright" as he proceed to smite other warp denizens, just like when the whole galaxy was said to belong to Humanity by birthright during the annihilations in the Great Crusade.
I really do subscribe to the theory that The Emperor is slowly becoming a Warp Entity through a mixture of humanity's collective faith in him and his own psychic might. I also believe Cypher is in on this hence his willingness to retreat from The Golden Throne room. I can see why some people aren't fans of these ideas though, but It's really interesting to think about; The Emperor becoming the very thing he denied
Here's an idea: what if the Emperor is trying to NOT resurrect? What if being a perpetual is actually getting in the way of his ascension to godhood? Maybe the Golden Throne was specifically designed to truly kill him, it's just taking a really long time... after all, it killed Malcador too!
In one of the new books which took place shortly after Cypher and Guillimen returned to Terra. The Dark Angels sent a suicide squad (since the Marines final job was to use a vortex grenade to remove all evidence, including themselves, of their infiltration when the time came) to kill Cypher an anyone else who go in their way, even Custodies. Cypher escaped this team and was going to use the Lion sword to kill the EoM. But a Custodies killed by Cypher on his way to the Golden Thrown, was resurrected by the EoM to give a message by the EoM for Cypher. The message was simply...not yet. Cypher upon hearing this, agreed and disappeared off Terra.
As for primarchs being powerful souls...they were once powerful warp entities bound into human flesh. Corvus corax proved this when he can now transfrom into and giany crow-like being. He used this form to beat the ever-living hell out of lorgar and is one of the reasons why the word bearers primarch hasnt left his tower.
GW must do something about Big E eventually, considering how the lore is progressing... If they are going to kill him out then we will say goodbye to the Holly Terra as well and probably get another rift in its place. If they will somehow bring him back then the question is how they gonna "balance him out"? Maybe split him into two beings, with the one in the warp driven mad by the suffering and overzealous madness of his followers (guess that would fit The Dark King theory).
To be honest, I belive that he will ascend to godhood and become the patron god of "mankind". Basicly, he will become the thing he is being worshiped as right now. I belive this because if we look at the state of affairs I belive "mankind" is f****ed. If he des not become this Tyranids will consume the whole galaxy and the chaos will take the rest. Him becoming a god is just reenacting the status quo.
im not sure they can do anything about him for quite more time. if he dies they will lose a huge chunk of the lore mechanism + Terra would be destroyed, astronomicon, bla bla all that - they cant do that.. if he somehow transformed into warp entity, or ascended or something like that he would have to be able to destroy chaos gods - again, they cant do that. if he somehow healed, even if he came out somehow weaker (even tho thats impossible because of all the sacrificed psykers and his obvious power growth, he would just be able to annihilate any threat - also cant be done. so all they can do is probably just some type of him projecting into some cloned body = he is still on the throne but also can interact with people and because its just a fraction of him hes just as strong as Primarch or something.
I believe Cypher is actually the primarch Omegan and the Emperor knows it is him and told him to wait because he knows that if he passes now, all of Humanity will no longer have Warp Travel and it'll make Humanity easy pickings for the other Xenos races.
Don't forget the Emperor's birthfire that will destroy much of humanity, just like Slaanesh did with the Aeldari. This needs to be carefully planned, hence the Emperor waits.
Sanguinius' soul IS already active, but got broken into pieces. One part is apparently stuck onboard Horus'/Abaddon's battle-barge, and the other part is (I believe) the Sanguinor.
I was always of the opinion that the moment the emperor becomes a fully incorporal being, he'd be ganked by the four chaos gods and destroyed or eatten so he could never oppose them again.
Not sure it works like that. Even at their weakest state, Khorne, Nurgle, and Tzeentch didn't move on the Aeldari Pantheon until Slaanesh did. They also didn't try to or at least were unable to destroy Slaanesh even though Khorne and Nurgle directly fought with em during its birth. Then there is the case of very powerful warp entities/daemons not being snuffed out by them immediately due to the very nature of the chaos gods, even when posing a threat and being prudent to do so, such as Yssarile the daemon-king who tried to usurp Tzeentch or Skarbrand who tried the same with Khorne. Then there are ouliers such as the Tau warp entity, Malice, Vashtorr the Arkifane, and Be'Lakor who prove even lesser beings to the chaos gods can carve a place in the warp. Keep in mind, given what warp entities are, the actual destruction of one is likely impossible on a brute force approach, would likely need to be metaphysical or a reflection of influence in the material realm. When Nurgle, Khorne, and Slaanesh ganged up on the super powered Tzeentch, he wasn't destroyed, simply shattered into ten thousand pieces and his current form supposedly being a shadow of his former self, but obviously intact and still a rival in the great game. We see something similar with Khaine actually.
My dude he has more power in the warp than they do....he literally popped up at like 3% spirit power and pwned motarian and burned nurgles garden Perpetuals also reincarnate so
The editing of this channel has gotten so much better since ~10k subs, obviously always here for you and your commentary the animated high rez background plates has to be the best production value among WH40K channels
That's easy. The Alpha Legion is loyalists under cover as Chaos warbands under cover as loyalists under cover as Chaos warbands under cover as loyalists under cover as Chaos warbands... . This is a lie.
Still cannot believe they are make a show based on 40K with Henry Cavill. Granted, i dont play 40k, but i do find the lore really interesting and entertaining. I hope they do it proud with the show.
Just picked the book up on audible. Gonna come back after finishing it to watch this. Been so excited to see another primach return. Love the videos Wes, Keep up the great work!!!!
Love listening to your videos Wes, i never was interested in warhammer lore until i found your channel. keep the juicy lore coming . thanks for all you do.
Here's how I feel, and also thanks so much for making so many great lore videos. You and some other greats really help me feed my lore-driven interest in this universe. First 40k book I ever read was A Thousand Sons so naturally I first fell in love with said Legion. I knew nothing of the heresy, but in that book is an excellent recounting of The Council of Nikea( I also fell in love with the thousand sons and was heartbroken to find they were a traitor legion). That's my first meeting of the Emperor, Magnus' Tribunal. So I had this awesome idea of the Emperor, huge bad ass force of nature level god-like guy who's very will is law and next book I read what do I get? Corpse. Every novel after that? Corpse Emperor. I'm, shall we say, kind of over the idea of the BBGG being some inanimate effectively-a-living-mummy...disappointment. I know the whole "greater in the warp thing" is for real but I do wish there was a way to make him, shall we say, more... prominent. If the way we do that is by killing his ass, I say make the corpse emperor a corpse and lets see what he can do for us in the warp. Maybe he can deal with Slaanesh and we can get some Eldari help us finally 86 the Tyranids. Then he can just reborn himself and, with his newfound strength, run the astronomicon and still find a way to show Angron why he didn't like him in the first place. All I'm saying is there's a lot of reasons why GW keeps him on the throne. I know from a storytelling standpoint it makes sense. I know why we only had Guilliman for the longest time. It's an epic story and epics take decades to be told correctly. But damn, if I had a genie and 3 wishes they'ed be as follows; Find a way to make the emperor something other than a battery that runs on innocent psykers Bring back Vulkan as a Loyalist Redeem Magnus and Ahriman Also somewhere tell us that the alpha legion has been loyalist the whole time. Not really a wish there, it's entirely possible. We are alpharius.
The emperor went through the portal on molec to bargain with the gods of chaos. And he took 20 powerful souls to use for his primarks. This is why sanguinius has helped and spoke to dante
The voice acting gets better and better each new video! My husband I love listening to your videos. I've gained all my Warhammer lore from your channel
Great video, Wes! I've known of WH40K for years but never had the chance to look at it in-depth. I've been averaging one of your videos a day while eating dinner for the last two weeks. I was thinking about the fact the Emperor is a Perpetual about a minute before you bring it up yourself so I have to say I think you're right that the Emperor would just reincarnate. I'd love to see a video on Malcador. I've heard his name a couple of times but know nothing about him other than he was a hero (or at least a trusted ally) during the Horus Heresy and that he sacrificed himself to do something. On a related tangent, a comparison video of the Custodians and the Grey Knights would be interesting also. Can't wait for more of your videos! 😊
so the fallen become the risen, just to stumble into a trap. seems like an enjoyable storyline so far. :D I really like the idea of someone killing the emperor for him to pop up a minute later, totally healed asking: WTF did you think you would do here? And if we learned anything from people disturbing the emperors plans, thinking they would do good, but being influenced by chaos already ... cough*Magnus, well ... its sometimes better to just leave him do his thing, like a god you know? :P
I would find it really funny if GW did a reveal in the future that shows the Big E is actually a junior level C’tan who escaped the war in heaven (would explain how he could ‘defeat’ a shard) or one of the Old Ones (would explain his psychic powers, and desire to use, and knowledge of, the webway) as this would turn the empire and chaos on their heads - maybe that would be the only way to face down the threat of the Tyranids
@@munteanucatalin9833 if he is an old one then maybe he was one of the creators of humanity and supported them rather than the orks, there’s nothing in the lore to indicate that there weren’t factions within the old ones prior to the war in heaven
This is canonically wrong. C'tan gods do nothing with the warp as far as I know. Since the Emperor is a psyker, the theory of him being a perpetual who got drunk on chaos energies is more probable.
I know I'll probably get shit for this, but a story following the journey of the Emperor reborn, gradually realizing his nature and strength and saving a chaos ridden galaxy from the forces of Chaos and the fallout that comes with the fall of the Imperium, and finally bringing peace to mankind would be epic as fuck, like he could be a redemption for the crimes of the Emperor, a manifestation of his regret and redemption and the will and belief of mankind itself, and make right the wrongs he committed and become a true light in the darkness, not just to humans, but maybe even to some of the former Xeno enemies, such as the Eldar and Tau, who have to fight alongside mankind if they wish to survive. Maybe he could do good for all life and truly unite the galaxy as one.
It's seems a little bit too cliche for 40k. Also much too upbeat for grimdark we got used to . Emps is all for humanity ofc. From what i remember he would preffer genocide over peace with xenos. I can't even imagine how someone of his age could undergo paradigm shift like that.
I do have one gripe with something you said… the Lion will not forgive his sons if they have been tainted by chaos whatsoever… So Seraphaxs would have been slayed by the lion no matter if “changed” his loyalty.
Go watch the movie "Dogma" it's a similar problem. In that movie god was stuck in a coma, he couldn't be reborn until he was dead. The machines keeping him alive were preventing him from becoming god again. He (the Emperor) is the greatest perpetual but as Vulkan showed us, if you can keep him in prison (the golden throne) then he cannot do anything to effect the situation as long as you don't actually kill him.
The best case would be for Guillman to finish or start his own web way project so they won't be 100% reliant on warp travel. Then the emperor must die so he can be reborn stronger than before
The possibility of the dead primarch s becoming "minor warp gods" raises an interesting question. Could Saguinius be behind the resurrections and angel wings of Sisters of battle in times of dire need?
Based on what I know, 3 things would happen. Step 1, The Emperor dies, and Holy Terra immediately explodes thanks to Vulkans dead-man switch that he made. Step 2, Age of Strife part 2, webway boogaloo. Step 3, A Coinflip between the Emperor coming back, or staying a God. It's gonna lead to a pretty bad time for humanity in any case.
I remember I read an old black library book back in like 2001 that had Tzeench mentioning this very potential for the emperor to truly rise to godhood. Wish I could remember the title. Great video bro
I think a fair thing to keep in mind too is the fact that the sorcerer was being helped by the ruinous powers at the end of the day, so something is afoot with that theory. It is unlikely that the gods would plot their own destruction, so there has to be more to it, maybe him being born as a new god isn't that good of a thing, as it is, him being alive in real space means that he is in a way out of reach for the chaos gods, what if it turns out he's not strong enough to defeat the four chaos gods at once on his own? What if him being reborn as a perpetual severs his enhanced connection to divinity, or what if he comes back as a mad man, with all his split personalities and facets converging on the same mind at the same time? Don't know, something isn't quite right there...
My guess is that's a hook for bringing back all primarches (except Horus). Magnus pieces coming back together, Fulgrim's perfect clone being the first of many (all the fallen?).
Well your username... You have wings like a bloodthirster but fairer, you fight like a bloodthirster but with honour and nobility, your sons are Khorne's wet dream especially before you tamed them... Any books you could recommend for reading? Also if anyone else comes across this and has recommendations please suggest. I want to learn more about the living saints.
Nah, there are a few issues with that. Issue 1: FTL Travel The Imperium is 100% dependent on FTL based logistics to keep their planets running. Their method of FTL is completely dependent on the Emperor's soul acting as a beacon within the Immaterium. If his presence disappears, even for just a few months, innumerable people would die. Issue 2: Fallout From Disrupted FTL We all know how Chaos, in particular Slannesh, was created. It all that agony and death experienced in the Milky Way Galaxy. Humanity makes up the bulk of the beings living in the Milky Way Galaxy. Imagine all the pain, strife, and death that would happen if all those people suddenly lost access to food, and other things they need to survive, because FTL travel got cut, and having all of that travel into the Warp. That's a big boost to Chaos and could lead to the birth of a new Chaos God. Issue 3: Magnus's Mistake We all know know how Magnus screwed up the Emperor's Webway project. That hole in reality that Magnus created was so bad that the Emperor had to sit on the Golden Throne, rather than fight, to keep it shut while the Heresy was happening. Keeping that hole shut, for just a few moments, killed Malcador. If the Emperor disappears that hole suddenly opens and potentially expands. Terra, the core of humanity's logistics, suddenly becomes gets flooded by daemons with zero chances of survival. Mars, the core of humanity's industry and research, would soon follow. The Emperor's passing would doom humanity. The only way that could be prevented would be if the Eldar, Tau, or Necrons got involved and started supplying them with alt means of space travel.
Let's hope the lion still does his plan come on emperor has too die he a legit prisoner chaos is doing this wouldn't be surprised if it's actually sacrificing too tseentch
Also,1 more thing to take into consideration is Vulkan's talisman of seven hammers, which will basically eradicate Terra and potentially Sol system if Emperor truly dies
What I think is that he’s not yet ready, he wants to get to full godhood, stronger than the chaos gods, then have someone kill him so he comes back in the material realm with that power. An actual living God in the material realm, I think that’s his goal.
I don't agree. I think he'll resurrect in a binary form: Immaterial and Material, The God Of Humanity and The Emperor Of Mankind. The Material form will be him inhabiting a vessel and this will allow GW to finally bring him to the tabletop, something I'M SURE they have long desired, but... they have to handle it in a way that doesn't make him a cheat code.
That octopus on your shirt with the barrel: I think I saw him playing guitar in a Storm Seeker video. Look up "Row Row Row" (no, it's not that old children's song).
Remember what happened when the last god was born? Terra and Mars would be gone, also Titan and all thr Grey Knights. The entire central government and its records would be gone. Can you imagine the chaos? No Custodies, no more gene labs, and all the tech from Mars would be gone.
I like to believe that Sanguinius' soul is trapped on the Vengeful Spirit and it reincarnates into a stone statue just for the Black Legion onboard to bitch slap it.
I am personally a huge supporter of the kill emperor plan. Like he will most likely die take maybe a week to pop back up, then he will be super charged ready to get a great crusade sequel going
I recall a piece of Eldar lore from the early 2000's stating that many of them hated the Mon Kaigh, because their Gods were dead or shattered or hidden... and the humans Had a God, but kept him chained in near death never to ascend, due to their ignorance.
OH THE EMPEROR! WES YOU SHOULDNT EVEN CONSIDER THIS HERESEY WHAT HAVE THEY DONE TO YOU? DID ALPHARIOUS GET TO YOU? OR DID OMEGON, I KNEW THOSE SNAKES WERE UP TO SOMETHING!! great vid tho 👍🏽

Spoiler for Cypher's new novel:
'Cypher, Lord of the Fallen' has also something about this topic.
So it will come just not yet
"The time is nigh my son. Wait for the sun to rise, the bells toll, and the bugs make their banquet."
Maybe he still needs more souls to become a god, else he would be just re-born with a .... NOOOOO SO CLOSE, NOT ANOTHER 40k Years...
Dark Angel: “Help! I’ve fallen and I can’t get up!”
Asmodai: “REPEEE-“
Lion: “No, wait. Take my hand, son. And rise again.”
Dark Angel: 🥺😭
Dark Angels: Is our Primarch a fallen?
Azrael: Oh! I'm fucked! Daddy is back!
That is a reference to the very very old video about that granny in the ad isn't it?
So Majorkill was right in the idea that each Primarch is a minor Warp god that Big E tied to a mortal body.
Oooh so the Emperor's deal with Chaos Gods was, to enslave those warp entities and make them his sons, while Chaos Gods would get rid of potential threats that might grow and born like Slaanesh.
It's an old theory, it's not like he came up with it
@@msid7748 if I remember correctly when he talked about it he didn’t claim to make the theory

"Warp Spaghetti" indeed.
I honestly haven't watched a video from Wes that wasn't of the highest quality and super fun and enjoyable.
Thanks for all the hard work Wes!
I think it would make sense that after 10,000 years of feeding on the powers of all the sacrificed psykers at the golden throne that Big E could possibly resurrect instantly and that his powers would have grown to such a level that he can easily enter the warp to battle and defeat Chaos.
You have the voice of a geek, the rhythm of passion and the precision of a teacher. Great video.
I love the return of the Lion and GW has done some amazing crafting of lore. I still believe that Cypher is Alpharius because no space marine, not Dante, nor Lorgar, none of them could just disappear from Custody jail.
Actually, there is a theory that Cyhper is Omegon, not Alpharius, since Dorn killed him in the Siege of Terra
@@percivalden84 I too am Alpharius.
So the second Great Crusade would be subjugating the Warp? Sounds pretty cool to me
It's super exciting to me seeing new lore being added since getting into w40k I really have to start reading the books.
It's not new, though. This theory, known as the Starchild theory, is almost as old as 40K.
We now know emps almost ascended before he fought Horus but stopped because the prophecy of the dark king
@@marza339 Cypher: Lord of the Fallen
As for primarchs being powerful souls...they were once powerful warp entities bound into human flesh. Corvus corax proved this when he can now transfrom into and giany crow-like being. He used this form to beat the ever-living hell out of lorgar and is one of the reasons why the word bearers primarch hasnt left his tower.
🎉 7:05
"Go..out the tower??"
"last time I went out there a giant crow-like being beat the ever-living hell out of me."
Konrad Kurze still being loose in the Warp is a terrifying idea.
Would love to see a whole video dedicated to cegorach and the harlequin eldar, as well as any notable harlequin characters
Or maybe he might join the Great Game
My dude he has more power in the warp than they do....he literally popped up at like 3% spirit power and pwned motarian and burned nurgles garden
Perpetuals also reincarnate so
@@dissrapsYeah that's all fine and dandy but who's going to hold back the millions or billions of daemons waiting at the broken webway seal?

"Brothers! We must kill The Emperor! FOR THE EMPEROR!"
Dam wes is pumping videos out hard! Also, would love to see a video on the craftworld eldar! ❤️
I wouldn't rule out the idea the sorceror was being influenced by Tzeentch to kill the Emperor thinking it was his idea the whole time.
Love listening to your videos Wes, i never was interested in warhammer lore until i found your channel. keep the juicy lore coming . thanks for all you do.
Thank you Wes your content makes my mornings, thanks for the time you spent making this 🙏
He looks like Ser Davos. Everyone calls him Tywin, but he seriously just looks like the Onion Knight with more hair.
There's also the dark king prophecy that's why he's still trying not to die when not yet ready
But damn, if I had a genie and 3 wishes they'ed be as follows;
Find a way to make the emperor something other than a battery that runs on innocent psykers
Bring back Vulkan as a Loyalist
Redeem Magnus and Ahriman
Also somewhere tell us that the alpha legion has been loyalist the whole time. Not really a wish there, it's entirely possible. We are alpharius.
The emperor went through the portal on molec to bargain with the gods of chaos. And he took 20 powerful souls to use for his primarks. This is why sanguinius has helped and spoke to dante
Damn wes your pumpin out quality content like that *snap*
I watch your videos in the background while I am at work. And now my co-workers are getting into Warhammer too by listening along with me. 😀
To think: this channel started out with shorts and has grown to be one of the top 5 40k channels on yt. Wow.
I just like imagining that the emporer is just a servitor. A pupet to cawl and admech so they can worship the true Omnissiah.
so the fallen become the risen, just to stumble into a trap.
seems like an enjoyable storyline so far. :D
I really like the idea of someone killing the emperor for him to pop up a minute later, totally healed asking: WTF did you think you would do here?
And if we learned anything from people disturbing the emperors plans, thinking they would do good, but being influenced by chaos already ... cough*Magnus, well ... its sometimes better to just leave him do his thing, like a god you know? :P
This video was the craziest Ive watched from you so far, love you
I would find it really funny if GW did a reveal in the future that shows the Big E is actually a junior level C’tan who escaped the war in heaven (would explain how he could ‘defeat’ a shard) or one of the Old Ones (would explain his psychic powers, and desire to use, and knowledge of, the webway) as this would turn the empire and chaos on their heads - maybe that would be the only way to face down the threat of the Tyranids
Probably the first and not the later. If would have been an Old One it wold have greater affinity with the Orks, but this is not true in the books.
So no different then 30k emps
I do have one gripe with something you said… the Lion will not forgive his sons if they have been tainted by chaos whatsoever… So Seraphaxs would have been slayed by the lion no matter if “changed” his loyalty.
That Number 1 D(e)ad mug really got me good. That's some fantastic art work.
And of course, if he dies, the Astronomican goes dark and we know how mankind tends to handle this kind of situation...
Then the emperor must die so he can be reborn stronger than before
Wooooo!
Two vids in two days! 💜
This week is absolutely banging.💜
The possibility of the dead primarch s becoming "minor warp gods" raises an interesting question. Could Saguinius be behind the resurrections and angel wings of Sisters of battle in times of dire need?
I wonder if the Emperor gets bored or lonely
Based on what I know, 3 things would happen. Step 1, The Emperor dies, and Holy Terra immediately explodes thanks to Vulkans dead-man switch that he made. Step 2, Age of Strife part 2, webway boogaloo. Step 3, A Coinflip between the Emperor coming back, or staying a God. It's gonna lead to a pretty bad time for humanity in any case.
"We have to steal the Declaration of Independence" That's all could think when I heard the plan. 🤣
I don't even like Warhammer, but sometimes I'll watch your videos because your enthusiasm is infectious. Lol 💚
You've been putting your nose to the grindstone so hard I'm surprised you have one left xD Great video Wes!

Hey wes. Really gotten into warhammer over the last year and a half and your videos have probably been the driving force behind that. I'm really looking to learn more about the adepta soroitas. Any books you could recommend for reading? Also if anyone else comes across this and has recommendations please suggest. I want to learn more about the living saints.
Nah, there are a few issues with that.
Issue 1: FTL Travel
The Imperium is 100% dependent on FTL based logistics to keep their planets running.
Their method of FTL is completely dependent on the Emperor's soul acting as a beacon within the Immaterium.
If his presence disappears, even for just a few months, innumerable people would die.
Issue 2: Fallout From Disrupted FTL
We all know how Chaos, in particular Slannesh, was created.
Issue 3: Magnus's Mistake
We all know know how Magnus screwed up the Emperor's Webway project.
Hey Wes yesterday's video on the orks was fun can't wait for the god emperor lore or something
At this point he's just as a chaos God as the chaos gods themselves, giving his constant demand of souls and sacrifice
"This is theoretical".. I would say HERETICAL! Inquisitor, it's him!

from what i can find, he was hooked up to the golden thone as part of his own instructions, so i am tempted to say the guy is just crazy
The Emperor being a Deadbeat dad can be taken quite literrally😂
Baldermort has a great theory on this subject as well.
he'll get out of that golden casket when he's ready. don't rush my boy
Until every last bone is broken, I will fight in the name of the Emperor! FOR THE EMPEROR!
“If you strike me down, I shall become more powerful than you can possibly imagine.”
Love your videos man. Keep them coming.
For The Emperor.
Wow lore gets crazy
Custodes: what business have you in the Sanctum?

This.... makes a lot of sense: Chaos pitting humanity against Chaos forces, putting the Imperium on the true opposite side of the Emperor himself.... it reeks of Tzeentchery and is the truest Chaos
