Imo you want to dodge zoan's balls attack every time rather than block when playing bulwark. 1st it's cuz if you catch a ball with your shield - you will stuck in block animation, and if a random warrior choose a "RED" unblockable attack, its stunlock you and possibly kill 100 to 0. 2nd - just for mechanical practice.
