Sound decision! The Lotus frame would be fun when done, but only on certain days, certain weather conditions and certain locations. Bugsy is far more user and weather friendly so definitely the one to keep and have regular fun with. Glad to see you back at this car and channel!
@@NZMOPAR Interesting that Dave didn't mention how much time he's been spending grifting on his model train channel as reason number 4 that he's abandoned this channel, nor did he tell his viewers over there that it was this, his cars that were the real reason he was going to be spending less time on that channel...time will tell🤣
It’s been a long time since I seen a post from you. Not sure if I was missing or what. Good to see you and buggsy again. Look forward to to the updates
Love your work Scott I also bought me a 36 project car my doors are floppy like yours was I have to start from scratch yeah mine's a Chevy coupe just like yours.
Good to see you (and Bugsy) again! Bugsy would look awesome in black and or charcoal gray. P.S. I'm glad the Mini hasn't burned your house down yet....kidding....sort of.... 👍 Take care, see ya later.
Sound decision coz life's too short .... but if I were you I couldn't resist taking Bugsy for a few nice cruises before the winter sets in, and do the stripping of the Seven and Bugsy once the weather breaks. Looking forward to following your progress again 👍😃
Excellent decision. I do not have the skill level to build a frame and trust my family in it. I would build a kit car frame and build that. or continue with the 36. I think that is a better option. I am still collecting parts for my 36 Coupe. Have you though to replace the wood structure with steel? This would get rid of all the rattles.
HOORAY, glad you made the right choice. Bugsy deserves better. I never could figure out where you were going with the "Lotus." How will you divide your time on the car and the railway?

Yes, I'll need to do a couple of runs just to remind me of what I need to repair.
I see you Jimmy!😎👍

I need to remake the door skins, then figure out the best way to support everything, as I want electric windows.
Best of luck to ya Dave. Hope you do a video of your efi for bugs

This will actually help with both hobbies. I won't get too obsessed with either.
@@ScottRods I hear you. That's ve.ry easy to do
Thanks
I think Bugsy is still a good looking hotrod.
Gotta keep Bugsy!
Bugsy for the win 🏆
