Ms. Kelly thank you for these videos they are helping me right now on my road off of Lamictal. This drug is trully some kinda of beast to get off of.

It sure is a beast. I would like to see more medical practitioners taking these drugs more seriously and doing their due diligence to research other, holistic methods or lifestyle changes that could facilitate the kind of change people are seeking. There is a need for a revolution of thought in mental health - I see it slowly happening, but for now lots of us are pioneering that on our own. Be well!

I've been in 25mg less than a week. Think I'll go any thru any shit by stopping tonight? Hope you are doing great 💗 you deserve to be!

I don't recommend stopping without tapering more slowly. I did that with a low dose of an SSRI prior to taking Lamotrigine. I took the SSRI for maybe 2 weeks then stopped suddenly, and this is actually what caused me to have uncontrollable bipolar mood swings. Hence the reason I took lamotrigine.
Brain chemistry is nothing to mess with. I recommend taking your medication to a compounding pharmacy, letting them make it into a liquid solution, and going down by 1 MG per day over 25 days. See how that feels. Save yourself the trouble.

I feel like we should connect and converse at some point. I see a lot of parallels. Could be interesting!
