    Great points!
    Although doing only annual didn't fix the churn. It only delays it. What we can do is to have separate churn for monthly, and yearly.
    Otherwise, I can also say I have reduced my churn to 0%. Simply by firing all my customers ☠

    How do you measure retention for a particular group, for example, only VCs among your whole customer base? I know cohort analysis is a way, but I'm really curious to know how you collect and organize their data to actually come up with absolute conclusions-positive or negative.
