Hi Dan, I'm so glad that I found your channel! Thank you so much for all the videos which are very helpful to me as I recently started working for a SaaS company as a CSM. My book consists of mid-market accounts. My biggest struggle is keeping customers from our main competitor whose pricing is much more competitive and who also enables some key functionality that our customers have been asking us for in vain for a long time. Apart from keeping on communicating customers' needs and wants to the Product team, what would you do to keep your customers if you were in my shoes?
Figure out what your target customer's pain points are, which isn't always what they need or want, then explain how your company's product resolves those pain points. Start there
