    材料(2-4人 份量): 半個三文魚頭
    料頭: 蔥 四棵 (切段), 薑 8安士 (切薄片), 蒜頭一整個
    調味料 (建議分量): 醬油 3茶匙 , 甜辣醬 4湯匙 , 料酒 2湯匙, 油 1湯匙
    烹飪說明:把魚頭切成小塊, 先放1湯匙油在平底不粘鍋上, 開中大火, 加入魚頭煎至兩面金黃,
    放入料頭和調味料, 加蓋小火炆三分鐘就可以了
    Detailed Recipe:
    Ingredients (2-4 servings): half a salmon head
    Spices: 4 green onions (cut into sections), Ginger 2oz (thin slices), 1 Whole garlic
    Seasoning (recommended amount): 3 tsp of soy sauce, 4 tbsp of sweet chili sauce,
    2 tbsp of cooking wine, 1 tbsp oil
    Cooking instructions:
    Cut the fish head into small pieces, Put 1 tbsp of oil on a flat non-stick pan, turn on medium-high heat, place fish headpieces on the pan and fry until golden on both sides
    Add the spices and seasonings, cover the lid, and simmer for three minutes and then it's ready to serve. Enjoy!
